A few days ago was my first time there, so this is my first impressions. And I went there for magic, so thats primarily what I can speak to (although I will say the amount of pinball machines they have is quite impressive). I went there for a magic prerelease. The employee and the shop owner were very, very nice and friendly. And for the typical price of a pr, they throw in a voucher for a bag of chips and a drink, which made a great impression on me as I know these magic events takes many hours. A gesture like this can offset hunger and fatigue which makes the experience more enjoyable and I think more LGS's should do this. The basement was decently spacious and can hold a high number of people for tournaments. There is ventilation, although rather weak. There is not much of an offensive smell however, at least not today with 32 players. The prerelease was ran promptly and orderly. The number of rounds and prize breakdowns was posted early. People that dropped early was still able to claim prizes. They gave away several random door prizes such as deck boxes or sleeves which I found awesomely generous, especially for an event of 32 people. The players I met there were friendly. The card selection there is absolutely phenomenal. I've never seen a LGS with so many dual lands, masterpieces, high value foils, and any card you want for standard or eternal formats. They also had a huge selection of mtg booster packs at reasonable prices as well. If you want a good Magic lgs, this is a special gem for the Cleveland area. Really great first impressions and I see myself coming back often.

Fantastic arcade! One time fee and you can play all day. And there is an awesome card shop and collectable right next door.

My experience at Kidforce Collectibles has always been positive. I used to visit the store regularly to purchase board games, Magic cards, and play pinball, but adulting and distance got in the way. With that said, the destination is worth the trip. The store offers a robust and ever-changing collection of pinball machines. The pinball league hosted by the store is also an excellent way to hone your pinball skills and meet new people. The collection of Magic cards has always been jaw dropping. The store owner, Joe, regularly took the time to personally pull dozens of singles from the stores collection at my request to purchase and build decks, or he would ask his associates to do so. Most other game shops have thrown a binder my way and left up to me to search through hundreds or thousands of cards looking for a needle in a haystack. Perhaps the moment when I realized that this store is extra special occurred some years ago when I had left a Commander deck at the store containing a full suite of expensive original duals. Joe found the deck and protected it to make sure nothing would happen to my cards, and he personally called me after the store had been closed that night for more than thirty minutes just to put my mind at ease that the deck was safely with him. That level of integrity and customer care is unheard of in this day and age. Kidforce has also been receptive to customers in other ways too. For example, I once suggested that Kidforce should increase its inventory of Godzilla products even though Godzilla is arguably more niche than other pop culture IPs. To my surprise, sometime later an entire shelf was stocked with Godzilla and it apparently sold well. This shows that Joe is a smart business man who works hard to give his customers what they want. I could go on gushing my praise about this store. Although I am no longer conveniently located to Kidforce, I always look forward to the next time I can visit and everyone reading this review would not be l disappointed to make that visit too. Kidforce is easily the best shop...

Looking to purchase that comic book you can’t find in any of the big box stores? Have no idea what a “magic card” is, but you want to purchase the perfect gift for your nerdy family member? Do you desire a place to make some new friends that all have something in common with you? Well, Kidforce Collectibles is exactly what you are looking for!

The owner Joe strives to create an environment where people of all backgrounds can come and feel welcome to rejoice in their inner nerd. Whether you stop by on a weekly basis or are shopping there for the first time you will be greeted by a friendly store staff member. The Kidforce crew is extremely knowledgeable on anything nerd. So, if you are shopping for a loved one, take comfort that the associate behind the counter speaks fluently in that weird nerdy gibberish you have written down on your shopping list.

I have shopped at all of the collectable/hobby stores in the Cleveland area over the course of a decade. Kidforce’s MTG singles collection is second to none, and only one the other store compares to it. If you are looking for MTG singles you will experience much chagrin to find that all stores are not created equal. To get all the cards you are looking for in one place, look no further than Kidforce Collectables.

In summary awesome crew, tons of selection, and oh yeah!!! PINBALL MACHINES!!!!!

I wish google would let me give 6 out of 5 STARS!!!

P.S. If I was forced to make one complaint, it is that Joe’s responses to these reviews are not long enough. I mean come on man, like only 17 paragraphs per review? What is this...
