A Wing Lover's Paradise: Boss Chick N Beer Sets the Standard, Elevated by Stellar Service Berea, OH - For those who believe the pursuit of the perfect chicken wing is a noble endeavor, a local establishment has not only entered the conversation but is poised to dominate it. Boss Chick N Beer has cultivated a reputation for serving what many consider to be the pinnacle of poultry perfection, a claim supported by a meticulous cooking process, a dedication to flavor, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. At the heart of their acclaim is a unique three-step method that treats each wing with the reverence it deserves. The wings are first brined, a crucial step that infuses the meat with moisture and a subtle, savory depth. Following the brine, the wings are baked, a process that ensures they are cooked through evenly and allows the skin to begin its journey to crispiness. The final touch is a dip in the fryer, a baptism of heat that renders the skin shatteringly crisp while locking in the juicy tenderness of the meat. The result is a wing that stands confidently on its own, a testament to the quality of the chicken and the masterful preparation. Served unsauced, these wings are a revelation. The seasoning is bold and complex, a proprietary blend that keeps you coming back for another bite, trying to decipher its delicious secrets. It’s a flavor profile that is robust enough to be satisfyingly complete, yet nuanced enough to not overwhelm the palate. While many wing joints rely on their sauces to mask mediocre chicken, Boss Chick N Beer takes a different approach. Here, the sauces are not a crutch but a vibrant and diverse accompaniment. Each sauce is crafted in-house, offering a spectrum of flavors that range from the tangy and spicy to the sweet and savory. This allows patrons to customize their experience, dipping and exploring a variety of taste sensations that complement the already superb wing. Beyond the exceptional food, the experience at Boss Chick N Beer is elevated by a team dedicated to hospitality. A shining example of this commitment is Will Ruiz, a recipient of the Berea Chamber of Commerce's "Courtesy Award" for consistently going above and beyond for customers. This level of service, personified by team members like Will, transforms a meal into a memorable occasion, ensuring that patrons feel as valued as the quality of the wings they are served. This dedication to both product and people has not gone unnoticed, with Boss Chick N Beer earning accolades as the "BEST WINGS in Cleveland." With locations in Berea, Bay Village, Seven Hills, and Cuyahoga Falls, more and more food enthusiasts are discovering what true wing excellence, paired with a stellar customer experience, tastes like. For the discerning wing aficionado, a visit to Boss Chick N Beer is not just a meal; it's an experience that will redefine your...
Read moreHave been trying to not post a review for quite some time despite consistent issues in the past. We have ordered here at least 20 times over the years. Spent about $60. each time. We often have missing items from our orders and the most recent problem is ordering from the vegan menu and getting the non vegan alternative. I couldn’t hold off on a review any longer. Twice now, including today, we were given the non vegan mac and cheese when we ordered vegan. After ordering from here so many times it is easily discernible which is the vegan one and which is not. Not to mention after not being able to eat cheese for twenty years I can easily tell between the taste and texture which is which. They also look very different. Also have been given the non vegan sauce options in the past. Today we also ordered a vegan sandwich. We weren’t given the Fritos that went on the sandwich. We’ve had this issue before when we’ve gotten the pretzel without any salt on it and when we’ve ordered the waffles and not been given any of the toppings and then gone back in to pick up the right order and still had things missing. We once ordered the two pack of large vegan tenders. We received a container of tiny ones the size of fries. Go back to get the right order and are given the same thing. I’m guessing there are different chefs on different days because sometimes the food is cooked to perfection and other times it’s soggy. Again I’ve been holding off on leaving a review because when this place cooks the food right it is delicious. We’ve had so many perfect orders and it’s one of the only close places to order vegan food. For both of those reasons I’ve been silently ignoring the issues and keep giving them a chance. However I decided to post the review because after having missing key items from my order tonight again and being given two non vegan mac and cheeses again I can’t keep ignoring it. I’ll seriously have to consider my future orders. You can’t give regular cheese to people who can’t eat it. It’s dangerous. My daughter who also can’t eat it ends up taking a few bites until her or I notice. I end up throwing $60. of food away every time. It’s such a waste of food, money and my time when I have to pick it up, sometimes picking it up more than once and having it done wrong both times. I’ve actually considered there’s someone there who purposefully makes the vegan food wrong, which sounds completely lunatic, but we’ve had it happen so many times and since when we do call we’re assured it was fine and they’ll remake it and then have the same issues when we go back in to pick it up with missing items and such. I just can’t recommend them anymore...

Some of the BEST gluten free bread I've ever had! I asked and they have a baker who makes them. I could just sit here eating the bread. They also now have GF noodles for their mac & queso. Great updates! I just miss the pickles. They still have the BEST ranch dressing as well. Absolutely my favorite place to eat.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It's a small restaurant but has a great atmosphere. I've not eaten at this location but my husband and I have picked up multiple times and the staff is always so friendly. I even asked one time if I could slightly change my order (the tea flavor) and they were out of peach tea but it was done before I left so they swapped it out as a nice surprise. (I highly recommend getting half peach, half plain sweet tea... It's perfection.)
I'm Celiac so it is really hard to find good "fast food" (this is so much higher quality than fast food but between ordering time and driving over, I usually only have a 5 min wait until it's done). Their chicken wings, gluten free bun, and sweet potatoes are so good. Get the sweet potato with the butter and apple butter... I would have never thought to put apple butter on top of my sweet potato but it's so good!!
My kids adore the giant pretzel - especially the cinnamon sugar version. It smells divine. They also like the chicken fingers and other options. My daughter really enjoys the pickles too. I'm not big on pickles and they are really generous with them on their sandwiches but it fits. Between the sauce and spices on the chicken, the plethora of pickles is perfection.
Now I've written this... I think I'm going to have to get it for a meal...
