I can’t recommend Rob and Juan enough. They are the only two people who touch my car, with good reason. Background: I own a 2006 black Infiniti. Not quite two years ago, I was thinking about selling it as the paint had a dull look with lots of scratches. And anyone who owns or who has ever owned a black automobile knows how hard it is to keep it looking clean and scratch-free. I wanted my SUV to look its best before selling to get the highest resale value. I had always taken care of it, but no one could get the paint to look good. So I did my research and decided to go with JG. After they thoroughly explained the aesthetic and protective benefits of a ceramic coat, I went ahead and purchased a package along with the replacement of my front and rear clear bras that had started to look scratched and ugly. When I came to pick up my automobile, I couldn’t believe it was the same SUV. The paint literally looked (and continues to look) new. As in “factory new.” Actually better in my opinion. Needless to say, I decided to keep my SUV. I constantly have guys asking if I want to sell it and “where I had it repainted so well.” They can’t believe that it is the original paint job. I still look at it and shake my head in disbelief at how good it looks. Even after a month of rain and grit sitting and drying on my car, once they wash it, it looks as if they had just applied the ceramic coating. It is so worth the investment. You will not regret doing it. In fact, you will love your automobile even more than you did when you first purchased it. I know I do. Juan and Rob continue to be the only guys I allow to wash or detail my car. They are honest, trustworthy, professional and highly skilled at what they do. I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Galant that was lacking [especially as an UBER driver] one of the most critical pieces to a car: an aux or Bluetooth device. I began searching various shops that could install one for me and I found JG Audio and Alarm. I called and Juan answered right away, told him what I needed, and he told me to just bring the car right in. Once I arrived, he was extremely friendly and social. He explained to me everything he was doing. When we realized an aux wouldn't work due to my phone, he pulled out a Bluetooth device and explained exactly how it would work. Throughout the process, Juan reminded social and interactive but focused on the job. I could tell he has a genuine interest in what he does and serving his customers. Also, I was able to squeeze some general information out of Juan about my car and what I can do to keep it in good shape (hes not a "certified" mechanic but you can tell he knows his cars). He even went as far as to search up some information for me. I was there for about an hour but honestly it doesn't feel like an hour and I didn't mind staying there at all. Once he was done, he worked with me to connect my phone to the Bluetooth device and it works perfectly. He even made an effort to make it clear if I had any issues to reach out to him. Been looking around to replace my stock stereo, checked numerous local reviews and chose to check out JG. I called, Juan answered, mentioned what I had going on & what I wanted, he told me since labor day was this weekend they're pretty booked but to stop by to check it out & get a quote. I cruised over and [I forget his name but I think it was Paul] gave me a rundown of options to work with my budget.
