I have worn viv&ingrid almost exclusively for over a decade, various sizes and versions of their beaded hoops. when i recently lost one (from a new pair I'd bought) i reached out and asked for a replacement (on them, as I think the clasp was flawed) expressing my love and loyalty. ingrid was responsive and her customer service was thoughtful, fast, and generous. I so appreciate her trusting my story, no questions asked. it's what businesses ought to do for loyal customers, and sometimes don't. i love these earrings, would have certainly paid if they refused my ask. i will wear them...

This shop is adorable, and the store owner Ingrid and her assistant Ariana are so helpful and personable. I found a lipstick when i was last there, but didn't buy for lack of time. When I couldn't find the product online later, I contacted the store. They responded promptly at off hours, held their last lipstick for me, allowed me to purchase over the phone (since I couldn't make it back to the store in timely fashion), and even offered to research whether the product was being discontinued by the maker. So above and beyond, and can't recommend it...

I love Viv & Ingrid! This cute little space in downtown Berkeley is easy to miss, but hard to not step into once you've seen it. The ambiance in the shop is great, and they have a lot of gift items like jewelry, candles, and other cute things!

I once came in to get a package wrapped, and was greeted by Arianna (not sure of the spelling). Arianna went way above and beyond my expectations and wrapped the gift better than any person's I've seen before! She's definitely a great employee...
