Walgreens — Local services in Berlin Township

Riley behind the pharmacy desk was very snotty and rude to me when I called to recheck for the 10 th time in days of when they would order the medicine. my doctor says is available but they say it's not. So getting a run around. When I am just asking and know they have messed up my insurance from my name change. I was not being mean just inquiring and she said there is nothing I can do it's out of my hands basically so snotty like she rubbed her hands of me and could care less if it gets done that it will go to someone else to take care of and she don't care. I'm on hold for 5 minutes and counting while she sends me to her boss. She is hoping I will hang up cause I'm sick of waiting. Nope will wait. Talked to her boss and let them know. She apologized. I hate that her boss shouldn't have to apologize for her employee who did it.....

Why does this store have such terrible customer service? I’ve been here several times since I live nearby, and every single time, the female employees are rude and unprofessional. They clearly don’t want to be there and get visibly annoyed or snappy when you ask them anything. I asked one of them for help recently, and she actually huffed and rolled her eyes at me. I’ve never had any issues with the male employees—they’re always friendly and helpful. I understand that everyone has bad days, and if it were just a one-off experience, I wouldn’t say anything. But at this point, it’s become a recurring problem, and I think this location needs to retrain the female staff or even consider bringing in new employees. If I ran a store and my staff treated customers this way, I’d be completely...

My family has been with walgreens pharmacy in ionia ever since they opened. All these years, We have never had any issues with them. They hire rite aid employees and they have went down hill drastically. They don't pay attention to prescriptions and the Dr's directions on them. They wait until the day my husband's insulation is due to be filled to order it, yes it is on auto fill! (We were told to call a week before it's due to remind them to get more in stock, auto refill is on the computer! They get alerts!!) so his med is late every month. The, not original, walgreens personal are not as friendly or caring. Nothing feels personal anymore. They even told us to drive all the way to Kalamazoo to get meds. I MISS THE ORIGINAL...
