I generally enjoy shopping at Kohl’s; however, my recent experience with their customer service was quite disappointing. I attempted to resolve a straightforward issue regarding a return without a receipt, but the representatives I spoke with appeared either uninformed or uninterested. I was transferred multiple times before receiving any meaningful assistance, and the wait times were excessively long. When I finally reached a representative at the desk, she initially processed a merchandise credit but then canceled it without providing a valid explanation. Read moreI love this Kohl's location. I get great bargains with the sales and Kohl's cash, thye have a great selection and the store is always neat and clean. Staff is super friendly, quick and always helpful expecially with returns. Despite other reviews I always see them on the sales floor and they can easily find an item via their phones whenever I ask for something. The online order pickup is easy to use so you can be in and out quickly and the amazon returns is so convenient plus if you return a Amazon item you get a 15% coupon to use at Kohls. I was in the checkout line waiting patiently, there were 2 women not busy at all at the registers, both failed to even acknowledge me standing in line, they both saw me and said Nothing!! I walked up to one of their registers and asked if I could be helped. I normally shop at the Plainville location and always have an amazing experience, the Berlin location needs extra training in customer service as well as focus on awareness, pay attention to your surroundings and when customers are around, it’s not ok to ignore customers.
