when people say dynamite comes in small packages, they are describing this place. Small, but loaded to the brim. I am not their normal customer, old retired cowboy with no hair. I was there because my son is opening a salon in Dallas. I wanted to buy some things to help him as a surprise. Davina & Krystal were outstanding helping me make my choices. Their customer service skills were perfect, know what would make an impact or just help in a small way. Finally even suggesting a gift card be added to the purchase, so that my son could buy his own much needed items. They were sharp enough to ask for his phone number to check & see if he was a part of their rewards program. BINGO!!! He was, so he will get credit for my purchases. Store was clean, well organized, prices seemed reasonable. I will be back & highly recommended this...

I was looking for some color with my partner an older woman with black and purple hair welcomed us in and said her name was Christine as we were looking around she kept repeatedly staring at us but wasn't asking if we needed help I then couldn't find the color I was looking for so we went to leave the store as we were leaving I heard her mumble under her breath that our kind was always in here just trying to steal I'm guessing she was referring to me and my partner being African American. This store has the worst service. The.cashier Racheal went out her her way to be RUDE with us yesterday while trying to make a purchase. Yelling at us for trying to match a color and standing over us. This is the 2nd time at this store we feel profiled because of our race. Not to mention she.couldn't even say thank you after our $$$ purchase. She needs training on how to treat people....
