I wouldn't recommend Anyone To get anything from Aaron's, I should have went to BEST BUT or RENT A CENTER....so I got 2 bedroom suites from Aaron's and they had to order them,so I put the money down for them to order and it took a week, which is cool, I understand that part.....but what came next was HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE POINT BLANK......... First I had to call them to ask about my bedroom suites, and they didn't know nothing, Second it took Aaron's. ANOTHER WEEK TO BRING IT TO ME, Third when Aaron's brought it ONE OF THE HEADBOARDS WAS CRACKED AND SCRATCHED, AND they DIDN'T bring my mirrors, Forth it took ANOTHER 3 DAYS to replace and bring my headboard and bring my mirrors, Fifth As of right now..its been ANOTHER 3 DAYS AND .I'm still waiting for AARON'S TO COME AND PUT UP MY MIRRORS.....and to make matters worse..they just tried to collect a payment and AARON'S HAVEN'T FULFILLED THEIR PART ...I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN ATTORNEY at 1pm ... because it's not fair for Aaron's to HALF FULFILL their contract but they want me to fulfill my end of the contract...
Read moreSo we were going to get a tv/game system bundle. Came into the store and milled around for 30 minutes before anyone approached us. I told Brittany Thanks for finally coming over but I think I'll do this order online. So I paid my up front fees online and go BACK to the store to finalize my contract. Was cool with the price and setting up delivery when the manager tells me that outside of my contact I would be obligated to pay an additional $10 per month for insurance. I tell him I'm not interested in that because I have renters. He tells me renters will only cover a portion or in essence only what the tv is worth should anything happen. I proceed to tell him to cancel my order because I'm with the insurance agency. WHY would I just give y'all any extra 1700 PLUS 240 over a 24 month period for a 600 tv and a 400 game system? FOH. THEN not only can the customer service team who took my money online NOT cancel the order, but they can't return my money. I have to go back to the store AGAIN which is a HUGE inconvenience. We received no email from this store or a call at all. To our dismay it seems they will not deliver anything unless you come to the store. We are disabled and unable to drive! You would think they would have better options for disabled people! There commercial says they bring the contract to you! They took our money so we called customer service and got a very ignorant guy! Questioned my mother! Asked her who brings grocerys to your house? Who buys you things? Can't you get a ride?
