Let me start with its so uncomfortable to walk in the door and be followed around like I guess a criminal. Had 3 new bottles to exchange for more and was told I couldn't do that. The lady up front who was loud n doing alot of extra stuff. I won't use that location again..... Didn't get what I went for because I was really ready to leave.So RUDE N LOUD and didn't give any help at all. I will be contacting the corporate office.. And absolutely recommend using another location. Gonna try...

My daughter is here at least 3 times a month.spending money with this store, so Today, 06/30/25...she meets me with a frown saying the person at the register was very cold toward her, but VERY PLEASENT toward a Caucasian couple. TO the Owner or Supervisor. : If you hire people that don't like a certain type of another (race) you probably will be losing business to this store. I'm sure my daughter wasn't the only one noticing this . *CONCERNED...

This location (Mccalla, Al Store#82213) is always awesome!! All the associates are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products, which always seems to balance between saving money and acquiring more quantity!!!! 🔊🔊Shout out to Mrs. Donna she simply asked if my item was a gift, she then, so motherly, placed it in a gift bag w/ their lovely gift paper, unsolicited n effortlessly!!Kindness is what this 🌏 so desperately...
