Order a couch in stock paid for online February 21st 2025 set a date for delivery for the day after I move for March 19th I get a text from there system March 17th 10:01 am telling me my couch wonāt be there this week it needs rescheduled I donāt care if itās a manufacture problem or a store problem Bobās discount furniture is a third-party company. They are supposed to handle everything as Iām the paying customer. The least they could do is let me know a week or two not two days before Iām moving Iām not going to have a freaking couch that I already paid for and set up a month in advanced instead of their response was to come in store so why even have an online site if you canāt confidently run it correctly for a customer that ordered something a month ago that was clearly in stock on your website and paid for in full. Then I go down to the store explain the situation I walk around with a guy that I told exactly what I want and keeps recommending other items that I clearly did not want. I finally had enough and got my refund. Go to Any other furniture store. Bobās discount furniture is cheap for a reason because clearly customer service isnāt their first priority so the only way to get business is to sell cheap stuff.
Yes I have all the dates and calls of me trying to place a order over the phone 3 times and had to place it online because everyone down there is busy 24/7 but yet you go down and there are 3-4 people rushing you. Place is just a complete joke. Hence why I had to go to the location to get my money back because according to customer service, they are too busy to talk to me when they open at 11 when I called at 11:05. Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally appreciated that a salesperson approached us when we entered and asked if we'd been there before, when we said we hadn't they explained the layout of the store and then told us to where to look for specs on things, etc. Then they stayed out of the way unless we seemed like we had questions, they were very intuitive (Reagan was our sales person). There were two managers on duty, one checked in while we were shopping and then when we were finished, the other double checked all the information about our order (thankfully, cause they caught an error). Then the sales person finished up, was super clear about prices and services and made sure we understood all the dates and processes of delivery day. We'd been to 3 furniture stores and this one was the easiest to get around with the fastest turn around on delivery. Edit delivery has been made, the guys went above and beyond to get our furniture inside and put together. Our road had a water pipe burst and the road got torn open in a few spots and the city fixed it but no there's giant potholes and the truck couldn't go up our road ... None of the items I wanted were in stock, which required $40 extra delivery fee. Fine
I had the items delivered to my apartment building. On the day of delivery the driver calls, speaking no English, asking where to park and meet to deliver the package. Apparently there was some confusion with the delivery and it ended up getting refused by my apartment. Bad.
Upon the next delivery attempt the following week the wrong items were delivered. The carpet I received was similar but not the same as it was in the store and the side table I received was totally the wrong item altogether. Attempting to contact customer service is where the nightmare really begins. Nobody speaks English well, they take forever to answer the phone, and when they text you they take sometimes an hour to respond back. As others have mentioned, what you see in the store is not what you will receive. I would not recommend this...
