I love the muted soothing palette of the items at Serena and Lily. The furniture feels relaxed while still managing to be sophisticated. The store displays are lovely and very enticing! I’m decorating a second home in FL and have purchased a number of items from this line and everything is gorgeous! I am very impressed with the quality of their furniture and linens.

Although I purchased some items online, I also worked with Jenna in the Bethesda store on two occasions. Jenna is soft spoken but quite knowledgeable with respect to the SL line. Her demeanor is very assuring when making important purchases. Jenna’s taste is elegant yet practical. Outstanding qualities! I never felt rushed or intimidated (which is something I’ve experienced with designers in the past) and she guided me to make choices that were appropriate for the feel I was trying to convey in my decor. This store is just the loveliest most charming furniture and design store I have ever been to in my life. We worked with Jenna Galeano to pick out deck furniture for our new house and she not only had 3D renderings ahead of our meeting, but everything she selected for us was just spot on and gorgeous beyond words. It's pricey but worth every dollar. And she made the experience all the more magical with her stellar customer service skills and warmest smile. Was a pleasure to work with her and I will return for all my future design needs not to mention SUPER HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. The Bethesda Serena & Lily Team did it YET again = TRUE success with another purchase for my new home. Rose and the team are an exceptional group of knowledgeable decorators with an eye for detail. We started my new home out with the perfect bar stools and cushions, then onto a fab round coffee table, chairs for lounging and now a darling bench for my foyer hallway. Their kind and thoughtful ways, coupled with deep design and decor experience speak volumes. Plus, they helped me work my new purchases in with items I already had on hand. Simply brilliant.
