Staff are nice, but deceptive, uneducated, or both. I have never been in before and didn't know it was costume jewelry. I walked in to look around and when they asked me I said I was looking for sapphires.

They directed me to a display with blue stones in it for around $60. Not sapphires, some imitation stone, ionite I think the label said. Seeing they were not what I was looking for I thanked them and started to walk out of the store.

They asked if I saw the sapphires and I said no. They brought me back over to show me some white sapphires. Maybe they were lab grown white sapphires, definitely not real ones.

The way they answered my question pointing to the fake sapphires, and then especially reiterating incorrectly that they had sapphires, was either really deceptive or uneducated.

I placed an order maybe an hour before the store opened with hopes it’d be ready and I could pick it up. I waited for the confirmation email, and when I realized it might take awhile I went into the store instead.

They’d just opened but went right ahead and filled the order for me anyway. I was in and out in 10 mins. The two young ladies working there were super courteous and even gave me extra gift boxes for each item which made for a great Mother’s Day presentation. They were delightful and this is the kinda of service that makes for return customers.
