I’m not one to complain but 2x now I had issues with the same person at the fitting room. First time I had my baby with me and in the shopping cart along with other items I was purchasing and the clothes I wanted to try on. She wanted me to take my baby out of the cart to try on clothes which as a mother letting my baby crawl on the floor while I try clothes on is disgusting. Finally she agreed to let me in the fitting room if I take all my items out. Okay fine. Other issues arose and my son started crying and screaming because the women put my clothes to try on to hang on the handle of the cart and my son got scared of her getting so close and was inconsolable. I had to leave without trying anything on. I was annoyed. Now I came back without my son. I had items I was returning along with receipt. They are my items I purchased and she wouldn’t let me take them wth me. That’s annoying. Apparently if you’re trying a set of clothes like a top and pants they each count as one piece of clothing even if on one hanger. I was trying to also match pieces of clothes together and I was not allowed to bring it into the dressing room. It’s just all way to complicated and ridiculous to try clothes here. I’m beyond frustrated. As a customer who comes here weekly I’ve never had this issue before with any other employee....

The staff is beyond helpful and I always feel welcomed. This is a store I have been going to for over 10 years.

This morning I was helped by a young man, his name was Favi. He greeted me and asked if I needed help. He then proceeded to direct me to exactly what I needed. Favi was very helpful.

This Google review has to do with our recent experience. We frequent the store at least once every two weeks. We rarely walk out of there under $100. It's definitely one of our favorite stores. My wife was paying for her items and said to the "Coordinator" (older woman w/title on blouse) "I don't need the paper stuffing inside the purse" she was purchasing. My wife by no means is aa confrontational or aggressive person. The coordinator answered her back and said "we don't need it either!" and left it in the purse. I unfortunately, was waiting outside or I would have taken it out of the purse and left on the counter. I am in sales, so I get it, but in no way did she administer customer service. 👎 There was no reason for her to answer my wife like that!😡 If she doesn't like her job there, please go somewhere else because we do enjoy going to this store. We have zero complaints about it...
