Wingstop — Restaurant in Bethlehem Township

Terrible service. Have ordered several times online at this location and they always take 15 to 20 minutes more than the time it says it will be ready.

Tonight I went in to pick up and was told it would be ready in 2 minutes. I proceed to wait 15 minutes, saw them put bags on the to go cart. I waited 5 more minutes until I went to the front counter to ask if they were my bags. I was ignored standing there for another 5 minutes and once she finally acknowledged me standing there she gave me the bags. I asked her why they were just sitting there for so long while I have been sitting in the front waiting for the order. Instead of an apology the employee gave me attitude and denied stating “they were not”. When explaining that I have been standing staring at the bags she gives me more attitude instead of making anything right. Truly bottom of the barrel.

First time I went a few months ago, I ordered boneless wings and waited 45 minutes for them to be done. I figured I’d give it another try today and I ordered a chicken sandwich combo (chicken sandwich fries and a drink) After waiting 20-25 minutes, mind you I was THE ONLY person in the place the girl gave me the bag of food. I walked out and when I got to my car and checked the bag all that was in there was fries and a black takeout container with celery sticks. I went back in and told her they forgot the sandwich, and she said “no it’s in there in the black container” I said no, it’s not and showed her it was just celery. She responded very rudely with “well it’s gonna be another 8 minutes” I don’t know how this place is even in business to be honest. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received. Any other time I’ve ordered from this location it was decent with the occasional missing ranch or blue cheese. Placed a late night order for pick up, didn’t think to tell the person picking it up to check the bag, missing a whole 20 piece boneless wing aka my 2 daughters dinner. We live 20 plus mins away. Their solution, call and order it next time you want wing stop and it’s on us.. well it really wasn’t on yall if I paid for it and never received it. Actually it was very inconvenient cause my daughters wouldn’t eat the other wings we ordered cause of the flavors. Wing stop is too pricey to be forgetting/messing up peoples orders.
