HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had my watch for weeks. No call rcvd w/ price of repair or pick up. I was told a couple of days. I called after waiting a week and a half and was told that watch repair man was on vacation and hasn't even looked at my watch yet. I informed that I wanted a cb by end of business day with cost and date. If I didn't receive a call I was coming in to pick up the watch period. No call and they were closed. I came in Tuesday to pick up my watch. I was informed it wasn't in store. No one ever told me it wasn't being repaired in store. I asked why no cb? She stated she was too busy to cb. Mind you the 4 times now I've been in store not 1 other customer came in. I told her to get my watch and do not fix it as I've made arrangements with another jewelry. That was at 10a.m. when they opened. I rcvd VM at 5:32p.m. that watch was fixed and they're pen until 6 otherwise they open at 10. I went in at 10 and asked for my watch and she said it was$97. I stayed in not paying, I clearly started not to fix it. She SD will it is and if I don't pay I cannot have my watch back. Now this is my 90 y/o uncle's retirement watch. She knew she had me because I couldn't not get his watch. But after weeks of lies and ZERO communication they won in the end. My only recourse is leaving my review......

My experience with Lehigh Valley Jewlery Exchange has been nothing short of AWESOME! I generally do not take the time to write reviews, but I thought to share because I find reviews can be very resourceful. I am newly engaged, so I wanted to surprise my fiancé and shop for a wedding band for him. Deb, the owner and Charlene, her assistant helped me to find just what I was looking for. If it wasn’t in their store, they looked elsewhere to help find it for me. They went the extra mile(s) to locate and ship to their store EXACTLY what I wanted. They even helped me with sizing, since it was a surprise for him AND, it ended up fitting him perfectly👍 Another experience worth sharing here, is that I had very sentimental sea shells that I wanted made into a necklace and earrings. Deb, the owner saw what I wanted to do with them, and she went as far as helping me with diff. ideas on designing them. She then took the sea shells and had them made into BEAUTIFUL earrings and a necklace that I wanted. Loved them! You do not get customer service like this anywhere!!! No extra fees, only the expertise performance on her part👏👏 THANK YOU Deb at Lehigh Valley Jewlery Exchange for making my special events in my life, even more special. Hands down anyone who shops here will have the BEST shopping experience...

December 20,2016, a chip had to be replaced in a pendant on my necklace. 2/5 months, my necklace is not fixed. Weekly they reported different reasons why it was not fixed. On February17, 2017, they reported the only person that can repair my necklace was in the hospital. When. I asked on several occasions for my necklace back, they informed me that they could not open their safe. Prior to this they had several of my rings for months!! After using them for years, I will never use them again.

Update: On 3/21/2017, I received a call that my necklace was ready to be picked up. They finally was able to open...
