Staples — Local services in Bethlehem Township

I was just in there. It's Memorial Day and I was the only customer at the Print Center. I told the young lady I had a document to copy and she gave me the email to send it to. She was about 8 feet away, on her phone or laptop, and she could see I was having a problem,but she ignored me. I finally asked her to come over and help me. She figured it out and told me what to do next. My laptop was not responding and I didn't know what was wrong. She, with dead quiet and nobody else in sight, went back on her device and ignored me. She knew I was trying to send her the document, but never looked up or acknowledged I was even there. Rather than insist again that she help, I said out loud, " Sorry that even one customer is too much of a bother for you". No response or acknowledgement. Just continued putting in her time...

Cold customer service. The feeling I get whenever come here to print or fax is one of being tolerate or a bother. Smiles are always limited. But what motivated me to write this review was the way an Assoicates wearing a gray shirt addressed me. I walked in and asked if I could shredded a few sheets of paper? The staff in blue shirt said sure just over there. After shredding and printing the files I needed. This person in a gray shirt walked over to the shredder looked inside the bin and approached me asking if I'd just shredded. I said yes, and said it's a $1/lb to shred here. I told him the woman in blue shirt didn't explain. He said well it's a $1/lb and walked off. Walking out to my car I thought...Hum, I have an office with printer and shredder, at home. I also have an Amazon...
