Duck Donuts — Restaurant in Bethlehem Township

I’m so happy this place opened! My boyfriend loves duck donuts and I had never tried them until today. This one is only about 15 minutes away so super convenient and a great location near Michaels and Barnes & Nobles. The donuts are made as soon as you place your order. You can place a mobile order, order at the counter, or use the kiosk inside (much appreciated that this option is available!).

There are so many options for pre-made flavors and you can also make your own so the combinations are endless. They also sell cute Duck Donuts merch inside and little rubber ducks. It’s disappointing to leave a 1-star review, but this has become a consistent issue. Every time I try to visit—well before 7 PM—they’re already closed. On one occasion, I arrived before closing time, and the staff was still inside, but I was told they couldn’t serve me because everything was already cleaned up. I recently went again around 6:45 PM, only to find the place completely shut down with the hours of operation removed from the door. I had a great experience for my first time being at a duck donuts, Dayna was very nice, helpful, polite, and just had overall an amazingly positive personality about her, So many people these days are cranky and obnoxious, and they don’t like their jobs , I’m very grateful that Dayna was as nice and polite as she was to help me out with my first time being at a duck donuts.
