I love T.G.I. Friday’s, one of my favorite restaurant, but ask me to go to there Easton location. Nope don’t. Never again!!!! I made reservations for my Birthday. They seated us in the dark. Literally we used our phones to look at the menu. Everyone order their food. Out of 13 people only one enjoyed their food. I always order the same thing when I go to any other TGI Fridays which is the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. So trust me I know when it’s not right. After waiting for an hour the Waitress was nice enough to send chips and salsa. Most Stale chips I have ever had. When our food arrived it was all cold, wrong. When it was sent back. My mother’s salad was so spiced up she ended up sending it back and not eating anything. She left hungry. My friend a vegetarian got burn broccoli the first time, second time it was not cooked, you could literally throw it across the room and hurt someone, third time she never got it. So my pasta second time they spiced it up I could even eat it, my best friend orders the same thing, they put no seasoning for her. So I had to mix our pastas at the table together so we could have something Edible to eat. My Nephew who is 2 refused to eat his fries because of amount of salt they put(mind you he loves fries). My other friend never got what she even ordered, Waitress kept saying it was coming, guess what it never came. On top of that my mom order me a birthday dessert, as they sang happy birthday the waitress gave it to the wrong person(mind you she knew it was mind). The food was so bad the chef in the kitchen gave us 30% off, but honestly that was not enough for messing up my birthday celebration. I have used Tgi for all my big celebrations such as graduation but man by birthday was so bad. If it wasn’t for my family and friends I would of left out crying. Never...
Read moreI don't normally write reviews but these corporate restaurants will not change if they do not know there is a problem. My wife and I decided to stop for what was supposed to be a quick bite at the TGIF in southmont bethlehem location Monday 8/19/19. We do not normally do chain restaurants because there always seems to be a problem with something, however the endless appetizer ads prompted us to stop because they would be quick and almost impossible to mess up. Well to our surprise when we sat down and questioned the server about that promotion she said it is only ran on Fridays. We did not notice that anywhere but we were there already so she ordered a salad and I ordered a burger.....once the server took our order that was the last time I seen her until 65 mins later when our food finally showed up as I was getting ready to walk out the door. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade and even when short staffed never have I run a 65 min ticket time for a medium burger and a salad, especially when there were only 5 bar guests and 6 tables including us that were all there before we even got there. The fried were cold and the lettuce in the salad was spotted black and brown due to it being old. They seemed to get rid of all there goofy things that were hanging on the walls and go with a modern approach for the dining room, however they clearly should have directed that money and effort elsewhere because the small poorly created menu, food, and lack of service or management present have made this location a area we will avoid like the plague from now on. Location is not everything and if this is how your restaurant is run then I eagerly await to see what will take over your space once your...
Read moreWe were at Fridays to celebrate my nephew’s 21st birthday. We had to get in by the side door because of a construction but every single person that passed by us was nice and kind and trying to get us a spot. The big combo appetizer was tasty and please ask for the whiskey sauce for whatever you’re gonna eat because that whiskey sauce is a m a z i n g! Drinks were good as the main dishes. We had a mix of burgers and entrée. However, service after the hostess, was terrible. First time I was trying to order an appetizer I had both arms up shaking around to get the waitress attention because we tried to call her 4 or 5 times and nothing and she gave us a kind of attitude when she finally noticed me. My nephew, the bday boy asked for a glass of water that never came to the table. When we asked for the check she was more worried about taking the massive amount of plates from the table (absolutely nothing was taking out: empty drink glasses, appetizer plates, main dishes empty plates with napkins on the top of it half hour after we finish eating). After we pay she came back to the table and started asking us to give her the dirty plates and she didn’t like when we said we we’re leaving and “not helping her”. She was also a good 30-45 min completely gone and I just remembered she never got us plates for the shared size appetizer we ordered. Not even extra napkins after she shows up when we were finishing appetizers. We had to ask for them. I believe it was an isolated case but table service was horrible so she’s taking 2 stars out of their review and no pictures because all dirty dishes and napkins on that table...
