The staff and manager was nice. We made a reservation for a suite and were told we could check in at 3pm. We arrived on the dot at 3pm and they said the room wouldn’t be ready until 5pm. They double booked the room in a way and should have called us and told us we couldn’t check in until 5pm. I was not happy as we had just flown for several hours and been up since 1am. The manager gave us a discount and put us in a room with 2 queen size beds.
Now onto conditions of hotel.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the people on each side of you. There was a wrestling team the second night we stayed there and they were so loud, after putting up with it for an hour, I went to the front desk and said something. This was surprising because they’re was a hotel employee on the 3rd floor for a good while who could hear all the noise they were making and he never said anything to the guest staying in the room next to mine. After going to front desk, the noise calmed down until about 5:30am. I was sleeping with earplugs and they were so loud again, prolly practicing wrestling moves and yelling and coming in and out of the room half a dozen times, leaving the door to SLAM shut when it closes. This brings me to my biggest complaint and why we will never stay at this hotel again.
The doors to each hotel room SLAM close and it is super loud as if it shakes the wall. If you are someone who is a light to medium sleeper, you either should rent out the whole entire floor or stay somewhere else if you wanna sleep in or nap during day. When the person who was 3 rooms up from our room was going in and out of the room, I could easily hear their door slam close every time as if it were the door to my room. This seems like a common complaint for this hotel and would not require much to put a bracket to slow it down before it closes like the door has in the front desk. This is the main reason we will not be staying at this...
Read moreCame to this hotel the other night with my boyfriend. Lovely staff at the front desk and great room presentation. Only giving it 3 stars for two reasons, one being that there is no complimentary breakfast. I find this bizarre considering the fact that I've been to cheaper hotels and they've always offered free breakfast so considering the fact that we payed more to stay here I thought we would at least get that free meal. Upon reading other reviews I think it is acutally listed on Google that they do not which is fine but quite disappointing for our experience since we were low on cash and could not get food from a different place in the morning. Second reason for the 3 star review is because of one of the staff members that works here. I'm not sure what her name was because I was not able to see a name tag but she extremely rude and ruined both me and my bfs moods for the entire day. As I said previously we did not know that there was no free breakfast offered here so we went downstairs and grabbed ourselves some plates to eat with. Only to be greeted LOUDLY by a woman who informed us we couldn't be back there and they didn't offer free breakfast. Was extremely embarrassing since there were other guests close near by, so no doubt they heard the commotion as we had to awkwardly walk back to the elevator. It would have been one thing if she politely told us that but she said it loud enough for everyone down in the lobby to hear. Other than that lovely hotel but thoughts of coming here have definitely...

To cut to the chase -
Somebody walked into my hotel room in the middle of the night at the Marriott Courtyard inn in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. I was threatened with a call to the police and treated atrociously. Don't let this happen to you.
If you would like to understand what happened please read on as this is a cautionary tale for booking through Expedia, Hotwire or staying at The Courtyard Inn by Marriott.
Coming to Bethlehem Pennsylvania for my uncles 50th anniversary I booked a room at the Marriott Courtyard in via Expedia's Hotwire website. When I checked in, everything was fine. I got a very nice room on the third floor looking at a parking lot, but was very impressed with the quality of the room. From the room set up to the bed and everything about the room it was a lovely place to spend a few days.
Or so I thought.
But then the trouble started.
After arriving back from my uncles 50th anniversary to the Marriott Courtyard Inn Bethlehem Pennsylvania, I was not feeling well and proceeded to get into bed. About 1230 am, I went to use the restroom. As I was walking back to the restroom, I heard somebody put a key against my door, the lock open, and then the door swung open. I was naked there standing near my bed and in the entryway to my room. Completely and totally startled and confused, I said excuse me this is my room! The person quickly walked back out of the room and closed the door.
This was a...
