I have been a regular diner here since 2007. This location still has one of the best grilled steaks in the Lehigh valley. My favorite cut is the 6 oz Dallas Filet and baked potato pictured below. The house salad is always fresh with bright diced tomatoes and a great way to start off the meal. The unsweetened tea here is done right also. Brewed hot and then poured over ice. I have mine with a slice of lime. They also hit their steak temperatures the most consistently of any steak house I have eaten at. I look forward to each visit. We sit by the windows and it is very bright and inviting. The service is bar none. I have had to send a few steaks back over the years to be cooked and most times a manager brings it back to me with an apology and to make sure it is cooked right. The hostesses and serving staff are all attentive and keep up with multiple tables very well. This is also a fun place to go and enjoy a meal. I recently celebrated my 55th birthday đŸŽ‰đŸ„ł here and it was a blast. 2022: Still great in every way. Still my go to for great steaks. The herb 🌿 grilled chickenđŸ„ breast is also excellent. 2023: Still my favorite đŸ„© steakhouse. 2024: Still in love with this place for a great steak đŸ„© dinner with baked potato đŸ„” and salad đŸ„—. 😋 😋 😋 All the wait staff are great! 2025: They introduced Coke Zero this year and I love to switch it up with their great iced tea. I have also begun enjoying the Caesar salad occasionally instead of the house salad. đŸȘ…

A medium-sized chain restaurant that is very well managed, with an excellent selection of well-prepared food. It was Labor Day and options were limited for us. We had driven by Roadhouse many times heading north on 33. We were told there was a 20 to 30 minute wait. We were paged at 20 minutes. There is a call ahead option in their website which could cut that time. Don’t bother calling the call ahead number. There is a bar with about 15 seats that’s first come first severed, no reservations. The food options were plentiful and varied. Being a steak house, they had a nice selection of steak cuts available. Ironically, neither of us had a steak. My herb crusted chicken, which was seasoned great and juicy, the baked potato and salad, both were good. The presentation was utilitarian. Service was great. The place was mobbed and, according to our server Johnny, unexpectedly so. He checked in regularly with us, made sure the water was full and seemed to have a great command of all his tables. And he still took time to stop and make small talk. Ask for Johnny if you drop in. I’m sure your experience will be great. Good varied chain food. Service GREAT! Efficiency perfect.

Great Meal! It's been awhile since we went out and we walked away completely happy and satisfied with our entire experience! Our server, Kelli, was great and made sure we had everything we needed and check back in with us a the right times each time. The other staff that helped out as well, all did a great job! I got the 23oz Porterhouse and it was cooked to perfection! Each bite was the right amount of char and cooked the way I asked for it! For my sides I had the buttered corn and mashed potatoes. Both were delicious! My wife selected the 12oz Fort Worth ribeye! The same as I, hers was cooked perfectly and just as delicious as mine! We also order the combo appetizer, with the rattlesnake bites, boneless hot wings, and the tater skins! The hot sauce was delicious! Rattlesnake bites were cheesy with the right amount of jalapenos. The rater skins round out the combo well!! It was really nice to go out and feel like you were valued as a customer! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for a great meal and experience!

If I could give a NO STAR RATING I would!!!!!!! Worst management worst employees. I do not even know where to start. My party of 11 call in Reserve seating. They told us because our party was 11 And we were all from the same household that we would be able to be all sitting together. When we got there they put it into two booth back to back and the one booth was not even cleaned off. When I asked the waiter why we were not able to sit together he told me they were not able to move tables. My party was very upset but we were already there we waited a while to get in we just wanted to eat. Upon ordering my second party that was sitting in the booth behind us ordered later than we did they got their food about 30 minutes prior to us getting our food so they eat and we still haven’t even had our meals yet. When I said something to the manager she said that the food was coming out and that they had only gotten their food 15 minutes prior to us which is a lie we were all in the same party and we sat there and watch them. When our food came out it was cold disgusting the worst I have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. The manager then came over to speak to me and she just kept apologizing she didn’t say hey can I take some stuff off the bill how can I accommodate you she just kept saying I’m sorry I’m sorry worst management ever that’s after she called out the server and had him come over in front of me and ask why hasn’t our food come out yet. after talking to our server because I didn’t want to pay for my meal that was freezing cold and nasty he then said he was going to go speak to the manager and have her take my meal off then he told me that they would make me a new meal and it was completely free and I can take it with me to go I didn’t even want a new meal I was completely disgusted even though I did take it anyway upon coming home I ended up just throwing it out anyway it was completely nasty. Prior to leaving Texas roadhouse my family and I then witnessed servers moving tables together to accompany a party of 13. I do not understand why it was such an issue to put us all together hence we were all in the same household I don’t understand why the waiter told us that they were unable to put us together or move tables but they were able to do it for them. I will never eat another another Texas roadhouse ever again. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. Thank you Texas roadhouse staff and management of Bethlehem/Easton PA I will never eat another another Texas roadhouse ever...

Pretty standard Texas road house (although it is not in Texas so I feel that “Texas style roadhouse” would have been a much more appropriate name, that’s just my opinion tho). The night we went every single person in the restaurant was celebrating their birthday bar none. At each table they did the birthday song and clap routine, at most tables there were at least four people so obviously this got lengthy. Must have been some kind of convention for people with the same birthday who knows. Then they got to our table and we didn’t have any birthdays and the server asked us if we were celebrating, obviously we said no and the restaurant got dead silent. Then all the servers, kitchen staff, and all the other patrons got up and surrounded our table. They tried to gas light us by telling us that it was our birthday, but we wouldn’t budge. Then they picked off the weakest among us (rip to the real one Jared) and did a sacrifice to the “birthday gods” (sacrifice was kind of unorthodox so I won’t describe it but it was honestly a cool experience) and in the instant of the sacrifice all of our memories collectively changed, we saw the past rewritten as our minds molded into the idea that our birthdays were October first. It was as if October first had always been our birthday. In that moment we saw the error of our ways, our birthdays weren’t on any of the incorrect days we had chanced to believe they had been, we were oh so very wrong
we had been ungrateful and foolish in the face of the birthday gods, I for one am ashamed I ever behaved in such a manner. Very grateful that the crowd showed us the truth. Then the staff did the birthday song and clap for each newly christened member of our table as my mother in law softly cried (Brenda you are not special we all went through the same thing, she always acts like she is the most important person ever, honestly chill only reason anyone hangs with you is because they have to). They didn’t let us leave for a few hours and we had to do a little dance to appease the gods but it was all right in the...

I visited this location on Mother's Day. It was fairly busy but that is to be expected and I didn't have a problem with the wait time. The only problem I ran into was toward the end of my visit. I was using the ziosk to pay for my meal and I was looking at the itemized list just to make sure everything was correct before paying.

A Roadhouse employee who I had not interacted with the entire night came up to me and asked if there was a problem with the bill. I do not know what her name is, if she was some type of manager, or why she was talking to me because she never introduced herself.

I told her I noticed that I had been charged for two 3.99 shrimp smothers when I had ordered the 8 oz sirloin and shrimp combo.

The woman seemed very rude and not apologetic at all. She proceeded to tell me that it was because I got six shrimp and the combo came with five. Okay well I didn't know how many shrimp it came with. I tried to explain to her that when I ordered that I pointed to the combo I wanted.

Josh has asked me if I wanted 3, 6, or 9 shrimp. I had actually been confused about this question and asked him what it came with. He said it comes with 6 but some people like 3 or 9. So I thought he meant the combo came with 6. I'm not familiar enough with this chain to know what smothers are.

After telling her my side, instead of being professional and nice, the woman really stood her ground about this whole 5 vs 6 shrimp thing and ran to get Josh.

At the end of the day, it was a two dollar difference and it really didn't matter that much. I was going to pay anyway before that woman interrupted me. So that's what I did and tipped 20% because Josh was great we just had a slight miscommunication.

However I cannot see myself returning to this location because of...
