Panera Bread — Restaurant in Beverly Hills

A small Panera with a tiny parking lot and very few nearby parking meters. At the time I wrote the review there’s a real parking predicament because the meters have time restrictions because there’s construction nearby. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a chocolate croissant. The grilled cheese sandwich here is amazing. Tons of cheese and it tastes great! The chocolate croissant is ok but not cafe quality. The girls behind the counter were unprofessional, horribly rude, gave us an attitude about applying our rewards points that we received for the first time sign up purchase, and they walked back a prior assurance that they’d apply the points today for a desert. They were pathetic and acted very low towards their job, clearly resentful of their workplace. The staff that prepares the food is really lazy. It never fails : I will order a sandwich with extra greens or tomatoes and it even says it on the receipt... The staff can't read because I rarely get my order right and I have to waste time returning the food so they can follow the instructions on the order..... Standards at this restaurant are getting worse by the day...
