The Beverly Collection: Canvas — Local services in Beverly

This was my first time moving to an apartment building of this nature and was very pleased with the entire moving process. Jackson was our initial Leasing Agent who provided us not only with thorough and informative tours of several apartments across all of Beverly Collections Buildings, but he also made it a fun and enjoyable experience throughout, not to add that he worked with us on dates and pricing which was very much appreciated!

After making our selection of our new apartment, Grace stepped in to assist in the application process and making sure that we were able to have everything set up correctly and ready to move come our move in date. She was great!

I'd like to leave a review for Grace from the Leasing Office at The Beverly Collection because she was super friendly and patient. She showed me several apartments from 3 of the buildings that are owned by Greystar..Canvas, Brick at Odell and Link 480 and they were all very nice. I love the closet space and in unit laundry. They had kitchen islands and natural lighting. However, the rental price of these apartments were over my budget which was disappointing. $3-4,000 for a 2 bedroom is too much money! Also, the extra monthly parking fee was expensive in my opinion and they charge a monthly pet fee which I'm sure will be increased over time. I'll probably keep checking back to see if there are any changes to the prices but...

Grace was an absolute pleasure to work with! She gave us a thorough tour of the apartments and was incredibly patient as we explored all the units we were interested in. She answered all of our questions confidently and with ease, clearly demonstrating her deep knowledge of the building's amenities and the specific locations of each unit.
