Meijer — Local services in Big Rapids Township

Why is it everytime you guys have a sale or anytime your products are out of stock why is no one restocking this stuff asap . Now if this franchise is suppose to be better than Walmart and all other stores stop acting just like them . Have people restocking this place is always so busy and you mean to tell nobody has been restocking the product . You guys just let all your product sell out and never restocking you guys wait until the end of the night just to restock sometimes days like if you guys gonna make it this easy I’ll just start my own grocery store and y’all not competition at all y’all have a store full of registers only a few people using them if y’all don’t get it together I’ll be coming for your customers. Nobody will ever wait in line nor will the products look like any of this in this store every time I come in here I’m taking know and everytime you guys do something dumb or just wrong I’m taking notes everytime you guys go up on your prices I’m taking notes because y’all are the worst at this game and I’m bout ready to tap in and bring in low prices . Just know I’m gonna take over all your customers and I don’t think y’all want that and I mean from any store you guys have so get it together or this store will be no more just like I’m gonna do Walmart all these high prices cut . Had a very bad experience I had purchased a couple of Champion Hoodies along with a couple of champion t-shirts when I had purchased them they had just a price on them and that was it well I took them home and a month had passed and I had found a stain on one of them another one the sewing was coming unraveled and the other two were just too big I had my receipt so I took them back thinking that I would be fine but upon me trying to return them with the receipt I was denied saying that they needed the tags and that there was no UPC code on the clothing at all I know of other places that use the UPC and it is on the tag of the clothing even though the receipts clearly stated what the clothing was and everything matched up they still denied me I have also had problems in the Bakery and Deli with trying to get service or at least to get someone that was clean with trying to service me when I questioned them they got an attitude mumbled under their breath and walked away both times I mean you are messing with food in people's hygiene and health at least have a little respect and stay clean or wear gloves place needs a lot of improvements I have shopped at Meijer for over 35 years and I refuse to go back to that Meijer's again in Big...

I'm temporarily staying nearby and I have visited this location of Meijer almost every day for the past 10 days. I usually stop in during the evening hours, right around dinnertime. I am disappointed to say that I usually find the aisles in disarray and very poorly stocked. I realize that I'm visiting at the end of a long day, but this is not the only big box/department store I've frequented at later hours. It is, however, the most poorly organized and operated store, especially for Meijer. On a more positive note, the employees are all very well trained and supremely courteous and helpful. Every team member I've interacted with has been friendly, open, pleasant and knowledgeable about their department. On the only occasion that I asked something the employee didn't know the answer to, she immediately reached out to her associates and got the answer.
