I called T Mobile to add a line to my T Mobile account for my son in October of 2021. At that time, 2 lines were added to my account. I did not realize the line was on my account because of automatic payments and paperless billing, both options supported, sometimes even incentivized, by the company. After reviewing my bill to make changes to my personal budget in March 2023, i realized that i had been charged monthly ($35 x 18 months = $630) for this unused, virtual line. I called ~ April 2nd 2023 to address this issue, at which time the line was removed and i was offered a credit of 50 dollars. I declined, stating that wasn't the amount to be made whole. The agent stated that a billing dispute would be submitted, that a follow up would be made within a week. It never came. The next bill came though, right on time. virtual line removed but no credit for the services i paid for without authorization. I called tmobile again and spoke with Kim. she stated that telesales at tmobile added the lines and between her and her supervisor devised the only reason the billing dispute was denied was because of poor documentation. A 2nd billing dispute was filed with the same expectations, but once again those expectations were unfulfilled. I called a 3rd time today, May 24th 2023, to request an update before the next bill is automatically removed from my account. I spoke with Paula i believe, whom understood and empathized with my issue, and offered me a 150 dollar credit. I once again stated that this would not make me whole. i was told that policy only allows them to go back 60 days, implying above and beyond compromise past $70 (2 months @ $35/month), and thats why they suggest to check your bill. I stated that this was a guideline and didnt excuse the fact i was charged without authorization in regards to this lin . i appreciated the attempt from customer service but their hands are tied and my stance is being made whole. I spoke with Kayla, Paula's supervisor, who reiterated T mobile's stance. I stated i would be refusing payment going forward until this matter was addressed and that my i will be taking my services elsewhere. I stated i would be filing this complaint with the FCC and potentially suing to recover...

Read moreThey need to train their employees to not sell things that won't be able to get used at a person's home. My husband had went and bought cell phones and service from the manager at Walmart, that come to find out the phone's are not completely paid for so we have to pay a payment for the service and our phones every month and when he went to the store for help the kid sent him home with a gateway for Wi-Fi through them as well. So now we have a couple cell phones that don't really have service here around our home or our town where we live and due to their internet running off cell towers the damn wifi doesn't work either. We keep getting bills for couple few hundred dollars every month for essentially no services every month, month after month. We've tried to get help or assistance for this, with no help from anyone at the physical location or the corporate office or their website. Absolutely ridiculous 🤣🤣....
