I got there and ordered " a culver's deluxe and a regular one" the person on the line sounded annoyed with a reply "what do you mean a regular one?.....Why don't you just tell me what you want on it" to be fair, "a regular one" is a vague thing to say, so she helped me figure out I wanted a deluxe single patty. I sat at the drive through waiting to pay for a long while, it sounded like they forgot about me because I get greeted with an "oh $16.40?" I hand them my card and we're squared away quickly. I don't blame them for the wait I believe I got there when the shifts changed for an employee or something. I barely sit in the waiting line for my food for 5 minutes, which is nice and I get delivered my food. Before I register that the lid..... Is basically not a lid, which is hilarious, the guy is gone before I can ask for another. When I get back home my single patty burger is not even wrapped fully and my culver's deluxe basically has it's guts sliding out from each side. I think they have a lot of new people there, I'd avoid for awhile. I pay these ridiculous prices to avoid the McDonald's experience, so far looking like I wasted some money. Ehh, still tastes like food, but not going again...
Read moreOverall, this Culver's is a great business and I was very satisfied with the dinner that I bought. I got the kids meal; a cheeseburger with a side of fries. When you buy the kids meal, on the bag is a slip that you can bring up to the cash register and get a scoop of ice cream with one topping; I really think that is a cool feature to add and there is no age limit. When I was ordering the cheeseburger, I asked the employee what came on it and she didn't know so she had to look it up. I also had to keep repeating myself when she was putting my order in; she may have been a new employee. When we received the food, our burgers were mixed up, but other than that I was really happy with how everything tasted. I noticed the workers were always cleaning off tables and restocking everything. The establishment was relatively clean, but the carpets were a little dirty as well as the bathroom. All in all, I was happy with my experience there and with such great tasting food I am sure to...
Read moreThis place truly doesn’t disappoint! The wife and I each got chicken sandwich meals + drinks out the door for $23. How can other fast food places compete with the quality and pricing? They cannot in my humble opinion. Want a great chicken sandwich? Culver’s. Want an excellent burger? Culver’s. Top notch service, at fast food prices? Culver’s. With the rise in pricing of places like McDonald’s and Burger King, Culver’s remains classy and affordable, with service exceeding Applebees, and chicken and burgers better then them too. Great addition to small-town America. The only even somewhat comparable burger and chicken fast food joint in a somewhat-close 2nd place is Wendy’s, and even they don’t compare to Culver’s.
And a little side note for all you GF (gluten-free) folks - Culver’s, according to my wife (and my own eyes) has the best gluten free eating bun fast food...
