My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Eric who asked us what we were looking for. We stated our price point, preferred bed style, desired bed size (Queen), and we were directed to an area where there we multiple beds to choose from. My wife and I wanted to be measured and not be hasty, so we went to two other furniture-selling places in Big Rapids. And in the end, between mattress quality, pricing, feel, and customer service, we came back to The Bedroom Center and showed Eric the mattress we wanted. He then asked us if we’d take the floor model (in excellent shape) off their hands for a discount. We ended up getting an already marked down mattress for even cheaper than the tag stated! We are so excited to have a good sized bed (Queen), of great quality (Serta Cozy Escape plush), for a excellent price ($804.49) out the door with a mattress protector included! Highly recommend this place. The customer service was the right amount of communicated help without being overbearing or feeing like vulture prey. I took white glove delivery of my new Tempurpedic Breeze dual adjustable mattress yesterday. It was customized to be firmer and cooler on my side and softer on my wife's side.

I slept like a baby and my Fitbit gave my night's sleep an excellent rating (which it rarely did with my 15 yr old former mattress). My wife slept well and said my snoring had been virtually eliminated by raising the head portion of my bed.

The bonus, it's great in the tv position for watching a movie on your tablet or working on your notebook!

Went in and spoke with Ross, explained what I was looking for, Ross showed me some choices and I left that day ordering my new trundle and mattresses. Excellent Customer Service, they scheduled my delivery, where here on time, Melvin and Rick where very polite and THEY ARE PUTTING THE BED TOGETHER!!!! BoNuS!
