The hostess who seemed like he was the manager was all over the place. He didn't know what section to seat us in, as in he didn't understand how restaurant rotation works. The place wasn't clean at all. Tables needed washed the floors needed swept up. I didn't dare check the bathrooms. The salad bar wasnt the best. Needed wiped down. The lettuce had LOTS of bad pieces in it. When I went to add bacon bits on my salad it was all stuck together. After getting back to my table I was able to see the bacon bits were raw. I even showed the waitress the raw bacon. She was disgusted, yet, nothing happened with it. The waitress we had was super nice but also didn't seem like she knew much about the food. We ordered queso as an appetizer and I'm pretty sure that was out of a can and microwaved. The tacolini or whatever it's called failed to state that it is a tad spicy and when we got it was burnt on both sides. It didn't come with the sour cream I asked for and we had to seek out our waitress to get it. Overall, bad experience for our 2nd time there and we will...

Read moreOne of the few remaining Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Michigan and the only one in the area. My wife and I enjoyed the endless garden bar and spinach artichoke dip appetizer (2 for $25 deal) at the end of a long Saturday of exploring state parks and breweries along the fresh coast. After two other misses with restaurants in Fremont and Newaygo, we came back to what we expected would be a familiar experience. We were not disappointed! Apologies to our server whose name I forgot; however, her service and genuine care for our experience was appreciated despite being one of the last 2 parties in the dining room that evening. My wife and I both enjoyed eating vegetables after a weekend rife with carbs and fried food! I always enjoy a good salad with exceptional blue cheese dressing, real bacon, and house sautéed croutons. My wife jokingly lamented the lack of pudding or oreo fluff on the garden bar for desert, but alas. Do not hesitate to give this one of few remaining Ruby Tuesday's a chance before you must...
