I am a California girl who travels a bit. I’d never been to MT and the reason I went is to visit Yellowstone Jewlers. The storefront is beautiful and inviting. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with happy, genuinely excited staff who are not pushy. They get to know you and you want to stay all day!! I have received beautiful pieces from diamond stud earrings, to multi carat rings. Each piece is stunning and when I wear them I ALWAYS get compliments. The flight attendant said she wants my Sparkles in her life and I told her just where to go! The customer service is exceptional. I’ve had FANTASTIC in person service, CARING over the phone service with both Matt & Joyce and EXPEDITED service through the mail. You can trust Yellowstone Jeweler’s with your precious items no matter how big or small. My boyfriend called them up while we were on a short trip to NY last month and had a gorgeous ring 💍 I had seen in Feb overnighted to our hotel to surprise me! That’s crazy Wild customer service! Matt and Yellowstone Jewelers are incredible. I cannot recommend them enough, you will not be disappointed. I collaborated with Matt for my wife’s custom engagement ring and wedding band. I live in Colorado and worked with him entirely by phone and email. We were looking for a cornflower blue sapphire and I was really struggling to find one locally (or online, honestly). Matt found me 5 perfect options within a week. He built the ring exactly as I envisioned and it came out perfect, my wife couldn’t love it more. On top of building the ring, Matt was incredibly helpful and thoughtful to work with, throughout the whole process. He shipped the ring with fly fishing tackle in case my wife snooped around in packages (which she did). He also found us a goldsmith in Denver when we needed to resize, who has also been great to work with.
