This is a great concept. I've gotta say start to finish great customer service and product. I did not go at a busy time but I will walk you through my experience
1- 2:00pm. My wife and small toddler walk in decently hungry at the time of arrival. I walked up to be greeted by the young lady punching dough who first greeted my kiddo (love when people acknowledge kids are people) following us. We orderd kiddos classic pepperoni first then each of our own ten inch pies.
2- 2:02 or 2:03 I'm up my wife's order being pretty standard only took a minute while I myself always enjoy pairing different eccentric flavor combinations on pizza so I asked the bearded gentleman what he recommended (my base was the great white) he gave some great and honest suggestion and popped our pies In the Woodburn oven.
3- 2:10 maybe. We go to pay and guess what three pizzas three drinks and a supprise complementary gelato later (included in the kids! Meal) our total was 36$ again 36$ For real food prepared start to finish right Infront of us. That's cheaper than most mid level fast food establishments. keep in mind we got to see the fresh dough and ingredients along with receiving excellent customer service.
4- 2:15 my pizza was delivered bubbling hot to my table. That's crazy. 15 minutes from stepping out of my car I had a quality hot meal Infront of me and one very hungry toddler which any parents know is an issue we prefer is remedied quickly les the children have complete nuclear melt downs lol.
5- 2:30 food is gone and our child is covered in chocolate gelato to the extent I can only hope I tipped enough for the poor person who had to wipe my kids sticky finger prints off the table, you can never get it all with napkins....
To surmise if you want good food and good service at a speedy pace I recommend Your pie. I'll be back! Thanks for the...
Read more“Your Pie Pizza” takes your personal pizza personally (try saying that three times fast). After driving around specifically for pizza and tragically walking in to a couple of “other” pizza makers, I drive across town to this Pizza delight.
What to expect: “Your Pie Pizza” is a big chain, with a mom/pop feeling. There are two locations in Montana, both are in the greater Billings area, one being an approximately 15 minute drive to Laurel, Montana. It is a “design your pie” style of pizza and made as you are scooting down a “Your Pie pizza” assembly line. This particular location is well situated in a Mecca of shopping. Stores close by are Scheels (huge sporting store), REI, Kohls and even AMC theaters in the same parking area.
About the food: To manage expectations, this is casual dining and seems a bit slower than “fast food” but definitely superior quality to “fast food”. The food looks and tastes fresh, the assembly line was spotless, which I appreciate. The crust is thin and just crispy enough. “Your Pie Pizza” has the process down to a science. I dined in, I received my pizza in 13 minutes. Did I mention their gelato? It isn’t often after eating pizza at a pizza joint one can get quality fun desserts that aren’t coma inducing and heavy.
The Typical Tourist would enjoy this casual setting with natural light and modest decor and just simply good pizza. I love a pizza how I feel I want to eat my pizza… well done.
“Your Pie Pizza” saved my day. I was somewhat discouraged with a side of hangry after genuinely hunting for simply good pizza.
For the vegetarians out there, yes they have a great...
Read moreI haven’t been here in a long time because the last time I was here I was very disappointed. I wanted to give it one more chance because I was in the area and wanted a salad. If you want quality food, quality service don’t go here. It’s a bunch of high schoolers who weren’t trained and goof off while you’re ordering. By the looks of it the owner hasn’t been there or worked a shift in a long time. I was very unimpressed and by the end of my experience I walked out and threw my uneaten salad in the trash it was so bad. When I asked if they still did a build your own salad one young lady said yes and gave my order to a young gentleman who clearly had no idea what he was doing, or what a build your own salad was, he put two pieces of chicken on my salad and asked if that was enough, when I said I want a full serving he was beyond confused, I asked for salt and pepper and he poured half the shaker of oregano on my salad, he also had no idea what and where the broccoli was, I had to point it out to him. Honestly, appreciate high schoolers being employed but if that’s the case they need to be taught and trained properly and not left to fend for themselves. Will not be back. $10 I will not get back. I never leave reviews and always give people the benefit of the doubt but this place even...
