We are very grateful to Riddles for fixing my watch after 2 other stores did not do so well with it. What had started out as a simple trip to the only store in the mall doing battery installs that day, turned into a nightmare. The girl who did the battery install unfortunately disengaged the stem, rendering the watch unable to set the time. She could not fix it, so we went to the store where it was purchased ( this store was not doing battery installs due to corona virus) and the young man there took the watch apart, couldn't fix it, and then couldn't put it back together. He said we needed to send it to the factory to have it fixed. Sadly, we had to take the watch home in pieces in a box. We brought the box of pieces to Riddles the next day hoping they could reassemble it and get it working. We were relieved and thrilled when we received a call later that same day saying it was fixed and running fine. The jeweler at Riddles was able to fix what was appearing hopeless. I recently had occasion to stop at the Riddles Jewelry location at Shiloh Crossing Shopping Center in Billings, MT. All I needed were batteries in two fairly nice wrist watches that the big box stores declined to service due to possible liabilities. While I visited with one employee the operations manager, Tonita Burns, worked to replace the dead batteries. She managed to complete the task on one watch but the other was newer, never having been previously serviced, and she was unable to remove the back. At her urging I returned the following day and that battery was replaced successfully. As I had to drive through a fresh snow storm and slick roads Tonita choose not to charge me for the work. I submit that while a freebie is appreciated it is not required to achieve great customer service. I applaud the kindness and thoughtfulness demonstrated as that can be so rare these days and I will not hesitate to return to Riddle's Jewelry...

Our experience with Riddles in Rapid city, SD, Billings, MT and Casper, WY were all phenomenal!!!! Top notch friendly customer service! We bought both of our wedding bands, had mine sauntered and resized from the Billings, MT location. Their manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She had my set shipped to me and arrived the next day! My wedding ring and band looked better than the day he proposed!! Rapid city, SD was where I found my unique wedding band because no other jeweler had anything I liked, that fit or good customer service. I then bought my husbands wedding band from the Casper, WY location and their manager made such a great experience very easy! He shipped my husbands band and it fit perfect!!
