Sierra — Local services in Billings

Called in prior to coming to the store, looking for a specific type of clothing, they replied that they did have it. Arrive at the store, could not locate anything, no one on the floor to assist, so I walked back up to the check out and had to disrupt an employee so bored, she was putting a box on her head, she had to ask someone else, whom I am assuming was the manager and he pointed me back to where I had already been. Attempted to locate item again to find nothing. A complete waste of my time. Note: If someone calls asking for something specific, don't tell them that you have only to make them come into your store. I cannot reccomend this business, as I would not return here unless I had no other choice, which is sad as I shopped at the Sierra in Cody, WY for almost a decade. This company is owns by TJX and they started when I was born so I am probably the demographic! I have a weird attachment to the brand because as a child my cousin took me school shopping but we could not afford Marshalls! It made me wanna be able to afford to shop there. Sierra is probably my favorite brand of theirs and I have tried them all.They specialize in outdoor gear and wellness. It's a good place to find gear that isn't just focused on quality but also somewhat trendy and stylish. I'm an active commuter and usually find something useful whenever I shop, and the employees have always been kind and eager to help with any questions.
