Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Billings

I did not like this Pizza Hut because of the service, and the cleaning of the place. I already didn't really want to go to Pizza Hut because I cant have many things there because I am Gluten Free, but my family wanted to go so I was willing to go. Once I got there everything was super gross around the tables and the floors were not cleaned well, but we got sat down very quickly, so the service must be okay. That's what I thought but I was very wrong. We got sat down and we were only given 3 menus when there was 8 of us. We were trying to find out what to eat, but we didn't have any drinks and we waited about 15 minutes when there was only 4 tables that had people. While we were waiting for our drinks, we realized that the table we were sitting at was not stable at all. This table had to go! We also realized that they didn't really clean there advertising signs on the tables very well either. We finally got our drink order and food order and it was another 5 minute wait for our drinks. We got our drinks and the waitress was not nice but not mean. We waitied for our food and it was a normal time wait, but I had to wait for another 5 minutes till my father got up to go grab my food. My father did not want me to wait well everyone else had food. The waitress was supposed to bring me my food, not someone in my group. We had our food and I only gave this a 2 star because the food wasn't bad at all. The wait for the food was like a normal wait and the food was good. We finished our food without a "Is everything tasteing good, do you need anything." We were waiting for our check and the was about a 30 minute wait for the check and the box for the leftovers. Save yourself the disappointment and order from a corporate store. But if you order carryout here make sure you're RIGHT ON TIME for your carry out or it will be left in the warmer where it continues to cook into a crusty pie worthy of birds. (Brownies and cookies become cakes/biscotti within 10 minutes) No reminder call, no "cycling" (common practice of IN and OUT of warmer to prevent overcooking. This franchise is much cheaper than most. I've spent over a decade in customer facing food service and management. Was appalled by the reaction and attitude from the GM when I told him I wasn't satisfied (I've been more than 48 minutes late to other joints and quality had never been a problem)... GM immediately told me to F off cause I wasn't on time. They bake it and have it in the warmer ON TIME, EVERY TIME, and the rest is on you. They feel they have zero obligation to maintain the quality of the product once it reaches the warmer. BTW, regardless of timing, toppings are ridiculously shy. Maybe why on time or not the pan crust is always a bit overdone. I ordered the ANY carry out deal. Ordered extra jala and was disappointed, asked for a few more on the side and was hitup for .50... I ordered the New York pizza and I usually get it delivered, but I was in the area, so when I went to pick it up, I looked at it and it did not look like the one I usually order that has a lot of sauce and a lot of cheese and it’s melting when you pick up a piece, and I asked the lady is that the New York one, it’s what it says on the box, but I wanted to make sure and she said yes yes that’s the one so I thought OK maybe I can’t till now by just looking at it, even though I had my doubts about the way it looks, so I thought I will make sure when I get home, I will see, unfortunately, it was sticking together it is not melting whatsoever and it’s not like the one I usually order from other places, it was awful, and I also like to add that the person that was taking the order.
