I would give them zero stars but you have to give one star to post. They don't deserve it. Save your money: they don't stand by their repairs. They fixed one problem and caused another.
Brought in a Moto Z with a dying battery which they replaced for $45. In the process, they broke the glass and improperly installed a new one. The phone was usable but not fully functional. Because of the improperly installed glass, the phone was slightly thicker and the touch phone features required a gentle pinch (essentially a touch) for the case to fit and the buttons to function. Merely touching the screen caused the improperly installed screen to crack.
They insisted that I had somehow broken a touch screen phone by, wait for it...touching the screen...and wanted to charge me another $100 to fix it. I would have been better off buying a new phone. They will never get my business again. Not for the failed repair but for failing to stand by their service and take responsibility. Note: The owner's response is inaccurate. True, I was informed that the screen could fail during the repair. I was also told that, should that happen, it would be repaired at no additional charge. Had you said there could be an additional charge, I would not have proceeded with the repair. The potential cost ($145) would have exceeded the value of upgrading or purchasing a new phone.
The touch screen did seem a bit off in the first few weeks after the repair. It was hyper-sensitive at times, which I've experienced with new phones. It's annoying but diminishes over time and that is what I anticipated would happen. Instead, it got progressively worse. To the point where I would have brought it in this week even if the screen had not cracked during normal use. Touching a touch screen phone does not meet any definition of what you refer to as "user damage." Yes, my patience ran out at your suggestion that it was somehow my fault the screen got progressively worse and then failed because it was improperly installed. I left your store when I learned that you had no intention of standing...

Read moreTook my phone there nearly two weeks ago thinking a battery replacement might fix it. Was helped by a young fellow who told me that they were out of the battery and it would be in by Friday or Monday and in the meantime they would run a different fix. My work order states that they would charge me $30 if the first fix worked or $40 if the battery worked. If neither worked they would charge me $20 for labor. Now two weeks later I find out it was sent to Great Falls for motherboard work. By the managers grace (sarcasm) they would only charge me $80 after never accepting fault. They went on to say that if I want my phone back I could pay the $80 or they would put it in “the recycling bin”. I tend to agree with an earlier review that they are a pawn shop looking to sell used phones. The manager did say that he would undo all the fixes and give me my phone back(whatever that means). I for one will never bring another phone there. They are a little cheaper than their competition and I think I...
