So my girlfriend and I came here to buy wedding bands and the gentlemen showed us right to them and we found what we wanted. He didn't try to upsell us on anything, just cut straight to the point. Helped us get sized, order sent, etc.
Around 10 days later when we get a call about our rings being ready, they meant ring. A singular ring. Zales called us when only one of our rings was ready. They made us drive 3 hours round-trip and waste ~$20 in gas for one ring, only to call us the next day that the other ring is ready. When asked if they could ship it to a closer Zales because going back up was a major inconvenience, they told us "because of inventory issues, it would be inconvenient" for them to do so. So Zales is ok to inconvenience their customers, but not themselves. Definitely avoid if you don't live close, or all together if you want good post-sales help. Truly...

At many other stores, they quickly showed us the inventory, I tried a few rings on, and that was that. Bob was completely different; he showed us rings that were within my boyfriendâs price range, he wanted me to try on a variety of styles so that I wasnât set on only one thing (and I ended up completely changing my mind about what I wanted!), and he educated us about so much that we hadnât learned about yet. He also took the time to have my boyfriend try on wedding bands as well, which no other store has ever done for us.    Read moreThe older lady with shorter blondish hair is ungodly rude. Everytime I come in she has a nasty attitude and some other poor employee has to secretly apoligize for her behavior. I started going to this Zales because the closest one to me shut down, and I love the disney enchanted collection. My latest interaction was the straw that broke the camels back. I will not be getting my wedding bands here like originally planned. I will go to Kays or JCP instead. Their staff is way kinder. The other staff members here are kind, but different everytime I go.
