I was in this location on July 23rd 2021 after I had left the Coach store, when I walked in there were no other customers in the store but there was 3 workers 2 men and a female, not one greeted me as I walked in instead they stood and had a personal conversation about reducing the body down to molecules, not one asked if I needed assistance (which I did) I was in the store for 30 minutes trying to figure out what I wanted. I walked with 2 different purses around the store for 30 minutes trying to match them with wallets and I wasn't finding what I was looking for but not one time did any of the people working ask me if I needed help until I got frustrated with not finding what I was looking for and put the 2 purses back where I found them and the 2 gentleman walked at me LIKE I WAS STEALING! and one asked "so your not getting anything??" I said "no since your customer service was so great asking me if I needed help while I walked around this store for 30 minutes and not one of you asked me if I needed help! You guys are great with your customer service!" And I walked out! I went down to coach and purchased a purse and matching wallet and 2 sets of perfume I walked into coach and was greeted and a worker stayed with me helped me find exactly what I was looking for even though their store was super busy that sales person had time for me!! Read moreI’m from Florida and I typically go to the Michael Kors in Orlando. I am used to being greeted immediately and having a personal shopper the second I walk in the door. I never have to take a display model because my personal shopper goes and gets a new one in the back for me. Let’s just say this was trip to birch run was embarrassing. I was bringing my family and we were all going to purchase items. Not once were we greeted yet there was 3 females and one guy. There were two other shoppers in the store which they got the same treatment we did. The Michael Kors consultants should be working for Walmart. No one asked us if we needed help, no one greeted us. My niece and daughter were looking for a specific purse and again we received no help. When we found what we wanted to purchase we had to take the displays up to the register. Not one “person” because they were not sales consultants tried to up sell us. They were glad to just ring us up. I felt like we were annoying them to be in there. Read moreWorst experience in my life. I mean the worst. My first time I went into the store no one greeted me and there was a greeter at the door. I walked over to the watches and no one helped me. I left. Two days ago I decided to give them another chance. I entered the store again. Never greeted (and the store was not busy at all). Three employees walked past me. I stood looking into the watches display. For about five minutes by myself. A couple came over and looked into the display and was instantly greeted and was offered to the display opened so the woman could try on the watches. A lady wearing blue which looked like the manager looked at me and did not say anything and went to another customer. I waited patiently for the lady assisting the couple to at least say “just a moment miss I’ll be right with you” she did not even acknowledge me and I was standing there before the couple.
