Kind of disappointed. (05/31/25) This was my first time at the Birch Run location—and our first time hearing about Cops and Robbers Ice Cream. When we walked in, there was no greeting or welcome from the staff—just silence as we browsed the options. A simple “hello” would’ve gone a long way in making us feel acknowledged. After ordering and heading outside, we each took a few bites of our different flavors and immediately noticed a freezer-burned taste and texture. It just wasn’t good. The shop only had one older male worker who was not pleasant at all, seemed disgruntled about sharing samples and slammed an ice cream cup on the counter to show his impatience toward us.
