This has been a completely frustrating and disappointing experience. An $80 gift card was charged to the credit card but never loaded onto the card. Because the store didn’t take the gifter’s contact info, I’ve been stuck going back and forth between customer service and the store with no resolution or accountability. This is still an ongoing matter, and the amount of effort it’s taking to get this resolved and refunded is way too much.
