Outstanding customer service! I brought my daughter into this store on her 15th birthday this past Sunday and the young woman helping us was so encouraging to my daughter! I wish I knew her name, but she is the definition of "quality" customer service which is super hard to find anymore. She made my young daughter feel welcome and celebrated and she was truly a joy to be around and made us both want to visit the store again. Upon leaving, I used it as a teaching opportunity to remind my daughter how much it means to someone when you receive customer service that goes above and beyond. In fact, we visited another store on our shopping trip that day....a store that prides itself on a "faith-based" approach...instead of leaving with a smile on her face like she did at Kendra Scott, my daughter left with tears in her eyes...on her birthday mind you...because the girl behind the counter was rude and made her feel embarrassed because of something that was said. So thank you to the sweet employee at Kendra Scott for being genuinely kind and taking pride and joy in your job, going above and beyond to make the customer feel truly valued. I wish more retail workers...

I placed an order online for earrings. I requested gift wrapping with an enclosed card. I received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived to retrieve my purchase at 10:00 a.m. I continued to receive a voicemail for approximately 8-10 minutes. Finally, 1 of 2 employees opened the door. I informed her that I had a curbside pick up. My item was brought to the car as a regular purchase. I returned to get the item wrapped and was told, “I don’t know why it says we do curbside or gift wrapping because we no longer do that. I can give you a box. We don’t have tissue paper. Management will have to do something about that.” I then inquired about the requested gift card with the typed note, she couldn’t assist with that request either. I normally receive top tier service here. This time was not the positive experience I normally receive. I was very disappointed at how dismissive the sales stylist was. In a time where people have a choice for shopping, this experience today made me second guess returning here...

Visited this store today with my daughter for her birthday. There were about five ladies working. None of them offered to help us. We finally asked one of them for assistance. The young lady went to the back and brought us what we requested. She handed it to us and went back to standing around with all the other ladies that were working. Never asked if we needed anything else or if we were ready to check out. We stood at the register waiting for someone to take our money. None of the employees moved until I made the comment that it appeared no one there wanted to work. They were greeting customers but offering no help to anyone. The lady that finally checked us out was not happy or helpful. Very bad experience. Really sad because we’ve shopped there before and have always been...
