I went to the store today at 6:44. I am quoting the time because I called the store before heading there and was told that they close at 7:00. I was totally disappointed when my daughter pulled on both door handles and the doors were locked. There were two “chatting” sales associates there who stared out at us. When I pointed at my watch to say it wasn’t even 6:45, one of the associates mouthed that they were closed. My daughter and I went next door to another store. As we were returning to our car, we noticed several people in the store. The associates had re-opened the store. One of the sales associate “apologized that his watch was wrong.” This store lost a sale today. I understand that people are excited when the end of the work day is near.
