Tory Burch — Local services in Birmingham

I went to the store today at 6:44. I am quoting the time because I called the store before heading there and was told that they close at 7:00. I was totally disappointed when my daughter pulled on both door handles and the doors were locked. There were two “chatting” sales associates there who stared out at us. When I pointed at my watch to say it wasn’t even 6:45, one of the associates mouthed that they were closed. My daughter and I went next door to another store. As we were returning to our car, we noticed several people in the store. The associates had re-opened the store. One of the sales associate “apologized that his watch was wrong.” This store lost a sale today. I understand that people are excited when the end of the work day is near. But, I was just as excited that I was visiting a city with a Tory Burch store, since I don’t have one at home. I might order my favorites online, but then again I might now. I just had an amazing experience at Tory Butch at the Summit. I had exceptional service from Karen Piazza. She was very attentive and went the extra mile to find the merchandise I was looking for. She assisted me in finding the style that best fit me. The general manager, Roger Rando, was personable and made purchasing my merchandise as seamless as possible when a particular code were needed for a purchase. Very well managed store.
