Jim's Super Pawn — Local services in Birmingham

They were real rude here. Me and my family have come here for years even before it moved to this location it was very shocking how racial they seemed today. The Hispanic girls only checked on the Hispanics that were inside and the male spoke to me but no one asked if they could help me in fact looked right through me it seemed. Either way discrimination is discrimination no matter how you look at it. It may not have been racial at all but when I walked in only Hispanics shopping and working besides the male who disappeared after he spoke to me. Either way they don't know me bc it's all new employees the older guy isn't even here. They used to greet us by name bc we were regular customers now they are very rude and disrespectful. Businesses don't last long with people like that. But God bless I hope the owner is the same and does something about this bc if they ever walked into my place of employment I'd never treat them that way. I didn't shop I left and I wouldn't recommend this place anymore unless the owner is the same and does something about the way they treat customers. Worse experience in my life.. I pawned my L7 kicker comp speaker and Amp, When I returned to redeem the pawn,my amp was scratched to hell and my sub was cracked box carpet extremely dirty and my speaker trim torn. But to add insult to injury the owner got upset when I pointed out the damages, after refusing several times to test my system on the same in store tester I had to initially use to ensure my items worked .. This place is shady and this was my first and last time doing business with Jim's Super Pawn.... Lesson learned.. The...
