Iâve been going Home Depot since I was 15 for supplies, I now own and operate a local plumbing company. And if my customer service AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK, was this horrible I would find a different profession. The attitude and horrible response to a simple warranty swap is unacceptable in so many ways, when someone buys a water heater, and even spends the extra money to get the extended warranty then when it comes time to warranty the product YOU SELL its all a scam? I donât have this issue with Loweâs ,,, so why does Home Depot refuse to warranty a water heater when Rheem and well as Rheem performed both advised me to uninstall the heater after draining it and return it to the nearest Home Depot for exchange. When I do the the âmanagerâ Steve was so rude about me having to have a reciept? Itâs under WARRANTY!!!!!! And it is from 2019x who holds on to receipts that long number one, second itâs the manufacturer warranty. Home Depot refused to honor the warranty and so now my customer is stuck without a water heater since I was advised to go ahead and drain and uninstall and specifically advised that I HAD to bring the old heater with me to swap it out. Horrible, Iâm also HDPro memeber as well as veteran. This is unacceptable customer service Steve, and antwioneyye both should be moved to another department that doesnât involve any kind of customer service, janitor maybe. So hateful and unwilling to help with ANYTHING. Obviously someone is lying or wrong so why not take care of me the customer and figure out what that may be, I realize itâs hard to hint hoot employee but itâs even harder to get and maintain good and loyal customers and with customer service like the service at the Eastwood location will do nothing but hurt the returning customers, I say this becuase trussville location was more than willing to swap, matter fact I was all but checked out until we realized it wasnât the same BTU and the trussville location didnât want me to have a subpar heater than what my customer was trying to swap, so why does one location tell me they are going to take care of me and do! But 5 miles down the road they are rude hateful and unwilling to do their job to a capacity thatâs even somewhat in the realm of acceptable treatment to customers, I will never set foot in Eastwood location again and will make sure I send all my customers to a supply house, might cost more but I know the service will more than make up for it. Wasted hours of my day trying to get a heater for MY CUSTOMER that was his in the first place! Very unhappy with the service not received...

Saw my exboyfriend and learned his aunt I used to shop for her shoes died in November 2020 the first time I did not locate him and had difficult time getting keys made and worse driving across town to lowes with automatic machine suddenly stopped. The great serviceman was no where to be found. We worked together first met at another retailer now mall torn down. I made a now extinct VHS tape for ellen television show trying to be selected for the music awards show as the reporter but bad luck. I guess the joke I made about black eyed peas did nit work but they won their category in 2003 or so. My exhusband was listening to the taping in the other room and came saying on my karaoke he had not paid attention to the words. I guess the building speaks for it all since the starting over television show I went for casting call cane back to the mall too. At least one person, iyanla vanzant is divorced now also. Anyway Im still broke but rich in my spirit with a college degree. At least the restaurant food was good except a man slipped my ring off my finger helping me with my chair unasked and grabbed my hand on the chair by the firepit. I did not walk by the beach and allowed my buddy to sit with her local pals while I sat with a lady she picked up with no car. Less to have to say with fewer people and now Brenda is married to who she was engaged to. Im always glad for happiness in a person's life so difficult. All those numbers are no longer in service. Try to enjoy people while they are alive. I think one of bunim/ Murray producers for that...
Read moreI went last night 12/14/15. The service was complete garbage. After having to search the entire store to find someone to assist me I was told that the display for the specific grill I was looking for was the only one left. I can't fit an assembled grill into my car so I went to the service desk to see if I could get it ordered and delivered to the store by Friday 12/18 the attendant simply answered "probably not" without even checking on the computer. Instead she told me to go check it myself on the computer right beside the service desk. When I got on the computer, the Home Depot website said that the inventory count for the grill I wanted was 5. When I pointed this out to the service desk attendant she told me that number is not accurate and that the only grill left in the store was the display. I walked back over to the grill debating whether or not I should just buy the display grill and come back to pick it up in a truck. While I was standing there another team member walked up and scanned the barcode on the grill and told me that there were, in fact, several more grills in the store that were still in the box, unassembled. The same service desk attendant told me I should go outside to look for it in the "garden" area. After wandering around the garden for 10 minutes I finally found the grill I had been looking for on the very top row of shelving. After tracking someone down again, the attendant I found told me she would go get someone to assist me in getting the grill down from the top shelf. I waited in the garden section for 20 minutes in the cold and no one ever came so I left....
