His enthusiasm, product knowledge, and willingness to help really stood out to me. From the moment I walked into the drinkware department, Mike greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He took the time to listen to my needs and offered personalized recommendations based on my preferences. I was blown away by his extensive knowledge of drinkware products and the attention he gave me.

Not only was Mike incredibly helpful, but he also made my shopping experience fun and enjoyable. He had a great sense of humor and was genuinely interested in making sure that I found the perfect product for my needs. He was patient with my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

Dropped my bow off for a new string and the guy that helped me said “I think we have a string for it and if not I’ll call you and let you know” a week later no call or anything so I call the store and they had to order one and apparently it takes 10 days to ship and not once was I informed of that either. Now I’m not going to have my bow to go hunting for the weekend trip I wanted because I still don’t have my bow. I still don’t know how much I’m going to be paying for the string either the guy that helped me didn’t seem very knowledgeable about that because he was asking another person what to charge me for the string and the other guy said probably just what the string cost and I wasn’t informed of how much that would be.
