Deeply deeply disturbed by the interaction and lack of customer service I received today from both your order line and Bixby store location. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sandwiches for delivery tonight. Order totaled $61 with tip. Delivery driver dropped off sandwiches (which were correct) and the 2 pizzas (which were incorrect, and had receipt for the other customer attached to them). Immediately called your order line number in hopes of catching the driver in time to switch pizzas and correct the mistake. Customer service was very blasé stating that “we got 2 free pizzas.” Neither of the pizzas were anything like what we had ordered and PAID for, and will not eat due to preferences and food allergies. Another solution was for them to remake our order but it would be another hour until it could be delivered. We declined (2 very hungry kiddos whose bellies couldn’t wait for another hour for pizza night). Another solution was for a “$15 credit,” that credit did not total our original purchase of the 2 pizzas we ordered. When I asked for a refund of the 2 pizzas, the customer service rep said the manager of the Bixby location said I would need to drive the pizzas back to the location to receive the refund. During a pandemic. Disgusting.
I will be disputing the charges with my bank as well as contacting the Health Department and informing them of Mazzio’s return policy during a global health pandemic.
We have been loyal Mazzio’s fans for generations and have always enjoyed their food and service. I understand accidents happen. But as a fellow restaurant owner in the community, I highly recommend Mazzio’s retrains and reevaluates their policies and customer service guidelines. Again accidents happen. I get it. Unfortunately this one was so poorly handled that my family and my businesses will never order or suggest your...
Read moreThe year is 2001, you just got home from blockbusters with some movies ready for pizza, so who do you call? Mazzios. Of course. , and they'd know who you were and where you lived just based on your phone number, they kept record of your precious orders and would even remember the most frequent ones. You NEVER had to ask for parmesan and red peppers it just came with it. Today I made My usual order and have to go through the same process everytime ,tell them my number , address ,and literally the same order I make every week. and I order here once a week, sometimes more because yalls pizza is life. My problem isint the restaurant, it's protocol. When did mazzios become less advanced? Why do we gotta beg for parmesan and when we do order these giant pizzas we get like three? Back in the day we'd have a small bag filled with them. Today I ordered a 2 liter coke and they forgot it. But they did offer to bring it back by, but once again had to tell them where I lived? What happened to your technology? Yall get trapped in the 1970s,? While your restaurants are out here killing it , corporate once again cutting...
Read moreYesterday I ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich at 4:30pm way before the rush. The customer service representative said that it would take 50 minutes for me to get my sandwich. When the delivery guy got to my house he had an attitude about me only having a 20.00. When I got ready to eat my sandwich the bread tasted old and the edges of the ham were burned. I called back and spoke to a Tracy at the call center for Mazzios and she acted like it was no big deal. She called the store and was advised by the manager that I could either get a new one or my money back. I opted for money back. It took another call 30 minutes later to Cecil who didn't know what I was talking about. Poor customer service and...
