Busy Bee's — Local services in Blackfoot

I live in Southern California and I needed to find a florist in SE Idaho. I wanted to send my cousin, flowers for her birthday, today, April 21, 2019. I called a florist in Idaho Falls and asked if they could do same day delivery to Firth, Idaho. They said they could, with an $85 minimum purchase and approx $15 delivery charge. I advised that was more than I wanted to spend. A previous experience with a florist in Idaho Falls was not good, so I would not use them again.

I googled 'Florists in Blackfoot, Idaho," and I came across the listing for Busy Bee's Floral. I was impressed with the very positive reviews, so I called them. The lady who helped me, Sara, was very nice, professional, and she understood what I had in mind. I asked for a cheery bouquet of bright Spring flowers. It came to $47.09 which was $34.99 for the floral, sales tax, and a $10 delivery fee.

My cousin was not home the first time delivery was attempted. Hannah from Busy Bee's called me, and asked if I had another phone number for my cousin. I gave her a cell phone number. They promptly called my cousin, ascertained she was home and they promptly delivered the floral arrangement to her.

That kind of excellent customer service is rare nowadays. Other florists may have left the arrangement on the front step, or may have taken the floral back to the flower shop. and possibly retry delivery the following day.

My cousin was so delighted with the beautiful arrangement she received. She sent me a photo via text. I was very happy and satisfied with what they created. It was exactly what I wanted and it was gorgeous!

It's the Friday before mothers day and I wanted my to send some flowers to my mom and mom in law at work today. We have other plans this weekend but I wanted to send a little something to kick the weekend off. My mom works in Blackfoot so I called Busy Bees and they made a beautiful arrangement for only 16.99! I'm so pleased! I called Stakers in Idaho Falls and asked them to make a simple sweet mothers day arrangement for around the same amount...a little more actually and it was no where near as lovely and didn't look mothers day like at all, when I called them the lady argued with me about it. And said her boss couldn't call me back until the middle of next week. Wow right? I just won't be going there again. Thank you Busy Bees for taking care...

I ordered a Sympathy plant from another company that said "Blackfoot's #1 florist" 3 days later I received an email stating they didn't deliver to the area I asked it to be. I was pretty disappointed. I checked the address to make sure it was in Blackfoot as I live in Colorado and I don't know the area. I did another google search and found Busy Bee's. After browsing their website I found the perfect spray for my Uncle. It arrived and looked better than the picture on the website. Thank you so much! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Busy Bee's to anyone looking to send a great quality arrangement....
