My experiences at Elmers have all been phenomenal, ill be the first too say that I don't know a whole lot about gearing service intervals or even what tires fit my kind of riding the best. Eric has always been more than helpful with his knowledge and if he doesn't know he's even put in research for me too make sure I got what fits my needs best. The owners have stayed past closing numerous times too get parts ordered for me or get me I to a new helmet because I was heading out of town the next day. Eric at Elmers Motorsports is super helpful. He didn’t currently have the helmet I wanted, so Eric placed an order and stayed in touch with me about the status of my helmet. 2 days later, my helmet was in hand even though Eric encountered an unexpected change is his supplier’s shipping policy. He went out of his way to make sure my helmet was still shipped right to my door as promised. Super happy with his service, in-store stock, and how easy it is to contact and work with him. Been looking for a place to buy a helmet and came here. The guy that helped me (forgive me I didn't get his name) was So Great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me get the best fit and explained the features of the helmet. Definitely will come back as they have a lot of other items in the store for bikes n things. Can't express enough how great the guy was. After going to other places and being ignored, he made it so much better....
