For an area of Blaine that keeps losing restaurants, this Culver's location has been a huge addition to the neighborhood. Normally, I prefer sit-down restaurants over fast food But this Culver's will have me coming back again and again.
🍔 🍗 🥪 Food is fresh, 🍟 fries have yet to be cold and soggy which for some odd reason, still seems to be a mystery to so many restaurants. It really is perplexing. But this Culver's has knocked it out of the park each time I've ordered from there.
Service: this is the 5 ⭐ area of excellence here. Most notably, today (8/25 at about 7:35pm), I ordered two small flavor of the day custards, one with a birthday coupon. The gentlemen at the drive through simply knocked it out of the park. This didn't take anything extraordinary. It simply seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his job, and even if not, he was genuinely pleasant and courteous. Multiple "my pleasure" responses, "have a great day", etc. A simple 3 minute order, in and out, and I left feeling like I was his first, last, or only customer of the day.
I stop going to places I love if the service turns awful. I will continue to give this Culver's my business because of the service today, even if an order isn't perfect.
I'm kicking myself to blanking on his name - I even caught his name tag. First name R something, last name M something? Hopefully day, time and order, name will be enough for the owner of this location to identify who it was and give them a raise, a reward, management training, their own franchise. 😁😉
These are the people you want to be the face of your business.
Well done, Culver's on...
Read moreFood is average, onion rings were pretty great.i had the deluxe bacon butterburger. I don't like the butter bread personally but that's a preference. The part I'm mostly concerned about is that the curbside pick up is not clearly marked where you drive in. You have to go through the drive thru to get to the side for curbside which also makes it more dangerous for the employees since they have to walk past where the drive thru cars are driving. Why can't it be on the side where the entrance is for safety?? Why doesn't the store have signs to the curbside area like most other stores?? It's showing that the company isn't thinking about employee safety. Half the employees seem pretty clueless about everything too.when I've gone in to ask questions, I get blank looks... how hard is it to ask the cooks if the shrimp and chicken are fried in the same oil? I'm allergic and need to know if the company takes tha extra step or not, otherwise I could die. And they just stared at me. Same with other simple questions about the custard, things you'd think the employees would know. Not like I was asking if the ingredients come from Milwaukee or Texas or...
Read moreUpdated 4/24/2024 - I went to this location again this week as we needed a quick meal and I couldn't drive far. Sad to say that nothing has changed since my last visit. The bearded assisted manager still did not have a beard cover - this is absolutely filthy and disgusting, especially since our take out had hair in it this time. Better wise up here or this location may be short-lived.
We have been to this location three times. The first two times were great, but the third trip was awful and we will never darken the doorstep of this location again. When we walked in, there was a whole crew of people standing behind the counter looking confused and not offering to help. Our dessert order was completely screwed up and when we went back to complain, they assistant manager (stocky guy with long, "conservative" style beard) made a big show about not being able to find our original order in the system. Then he told my husband to be quiet when he was having conversations with others in line about current events. By the way, the assistant manager was making desserts without a beard cover - with such a long beard, this is completely gross...
