Stripes Convenience Store — Local services in Blanco

The staff was very nice here. Bathrooms appeared clean. When we first got there after traveling 4 hours we notified staff that all the windshield wiper stations were bone dry of any water to clean our windshield. I was told they would send someone right out. We were in the store a good 30 minutes as we were trying on clothes there. When we went to leave I doubled checked to see if they kept their word and they never filled the tanks. 1. Keep your word 2. Your customer is traveling all day and needs to have the ability to clean the grime and bugs off their windshield. 3. Llano Stripes also lacked ANY cleaner or water at any of their cleaning buckets. So 3 of the Stripes that got my snack, fuel and extra money couldn’t put water in their tanks to help a traveler. No wonder Buc-cees is killing convenience store businesses. I expect more...

Actually ZERO the best description of service. Got gas of course the printer didn't print out the receipt. Only place that I have problems with for receipts because they never work. All other gas stations print them out without having to go inside. My husband had to go get the receipt because we need it. He complained about having to go inside. The clerk tried to give an excuse as to why it wasn't working. He told her that we travel a lot and this is the only one that has problems. The Clerk then told him "WELL DON'T COME BACK" He promptly told her that he wouldn't. Calling Corporate to complain. How dare a employee say that. She needs to be FIRED immediately. I have done a lot of business there before because it was convenient being close. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Food that they serve...

Worst stripes experience by far. The two afternoon female cashiers, one named krystie, were noticably racist. They denied me service under the assumption that I was buying alcohol for minors. Claimed we smelled like alchohol and even had the audacity to try to get my license plates and called the cops. It's fine to refuse service, but that was way out of line. The scheming they portrayed was unprofessional and this was not the first time this has happened...
