Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Blanco

I typically love coming to this store, however, I just left almost in tears. As a dark skinned woman, I have never felt judged in ANY tractor supply location BESIDES this one. I was shopping around with my husband when the anti theft thing on the side door went off, I walked past it with some merchandise. I though, oh no biggie since I wasn’t even going outside, my husband and I continue to shop. I’m holding the merchandise we planned to purchase, an older male employee proceeds to follow me around the store giving me ugly looks. This goes on for 10 minutes until I’m fed up and we leave the store early. This specific employee even gives me a negative look as I’m walking up to pay. The cashier noticed and asked me what was wrong and I explained. He apologized, which was nice, however he wasn’t the one in the wrong. I hope that management takes my review seriously. It is 2022 and this behavior is unacceptable, that employee needs to be replaced with someone who can act appropriately to customers of ALL colors. I seriously hope that tractor supply does not condone this behavior.

We run a animal sanctuary mainly dogs . Since you have been open , September, You run out of beef dog food .Kibbles and Bits Bistro Beef , Pedigree Beef 50 lb.Beef Purina Dog Chow , all 50 lbs. We get 7 bags a week , not to mention how bad it is on the dogs digestion , not being able to get the same food . I would appreciate it if you could have Purina beef 52 lbs and kibbles and Bits Bistro available on a consistent basis. We also purchase pedigree chicken, but that is more available than the others although we prefer the above 2 brands and would like to stick with the same food for dog digestion sake. This is happening on a consistent basis and it hurts my ANIMALS and my pocket book not to mention you losing money because we go elsewhere. It's important to me to support my local stores but need you to work with me as well. I am in your store at least 4-5times per week and would appreciate y'all working with me on the ordering so I can purchase my preferred food and shop at my preferred store. And it's just as good for your bottom.line, net and gross profits. Thank you for your time and opportunity to communicate...

I love tractor supply and I love the fact that it has a dog wash but every time I go to a tractor supply they told me that their dog wash is closed for one reason or the other and I owe I try and get there before hours before they close just so that I know that it’s gonna be open because you know I know they’re gonna close an hour before so they can clean it up. That’s understandable but man every time I go with her some freaking reason why they gotta close down and it doesn’t matter which location I go to, wish there was a way they could tell us somehow online or post it on Facebook I don’t know something saying that our dog wash is closed today because we’re having issues but it’s really screwed up. Honestly this is the first time at this location I was told it was closed but it’s been happening a lot at other locations. I love my Blanco TX store and Dripping Springs TX ! I cannot praise these guys enough for how helpful and enjoyable it is to walk in and have a really outstanding friendly interaction with theses knowledge employees. Always a...
