Dollar General — Local services in Blanco

This store has gone down hill since the remodeling & grand re-opening last year. I have come to the point of driving past without stopping. The store is always in a total disarray. Shelves are empty. Isles are blocked by carts of boxes waiting to be stocked. It is impossible to push a shopping cart because you wouldn't be able to get it down the isles. No matter the time of day, it looks like a tornado hit it! This morning, I received change, all in dimes because they did not have any quarters. I have sent comments to corporate office several times, with no action taken. So, this morning, I took photos of the isles and shelves. Think twice about going unless you are absolutely desperate or already insane. This is a shame to...

Rude management that doesn't even know dollar general's own policy. Went to load money on to dollar general's partnered prepaid debit card spendwell that is sold in the store and the assistance manager refused to even try and said it was against policy to load the card. Called dollars general's corporate number and they are indeed supposed to load those cards at that location... Hopefully the issue is...

I have shopped at Dollar General’s in Texas, Louisianna, Mississippi, & Alabama. Every one I have been in has so much freight on carts, in the aisles, and hardly any product on the shelves. However this one in Blanco has their carts on the ends of the aisles, so it was easy to get down the aisles. The shelves were stocked, and the cashier was very nice...
