What an incredible experience!!! The service is absolutely top tier. The owner is super sweet and super helpful!! The food came out really quick and was super fresh. We got an array of menu items and every single thing was phenomenal👏🏻 Personally, I got an order of fried pickles which were very flavorful. The ranch is INCREDIBLE!! I love it!! I also got a cheeseburger and fries. The fries are nice & crispy with some nice seasoning. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The pickles they use for the burgers are thick and juicy and perfect on the burger. The chips & queso come with homemade potato chips and ohhhh my god. Sooooo good! Try it! 10/10 if you are anywhere near the area, check this place out! Even if you aren’t that close, make the trip, worth it.

Absolutely AMAZING food and atmosphere! Everyone was super friendly. Kevin on the grill, food was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had their spicy mother clucker with their house chips! Mmwahhh! Delish, perfectly seasoned and the crunch, YUMMM!! Clucking DELISH!! Hubs had the Better Burger with their beer battered fries and it was the better burger to say the least. Fries were so delicious as well. Shelby behind the bar was super friendly and very attentive! Thanks girl! If you wanna take a drive to Blanco and enjoy delicious food, this is the SPOT!

We camp at Blanco State Park on a regular basis. Fat Bottom Grill made us dinner to go. OMG was it excellent. Big Hamburger for me and Texas Cheesesteak for my wife. Will definitely be back next time in Blanco. Not far from Park. Loved it!!!! It’s a food truck but they have it down! Don’t miss a chance to enjoy. Pickle Spears and loaded tots were awesome. Try them both

Edit: Long Review Ho.Ly. Moley..... If you want to be haunted by the taste of the most soul-satisfying food you've ever pushed past your gums... Do you, your family, your friends (And that person you want to impress) a favor and take them to FBG! The staff are all very accommodating and the portions are gargantuan, 3 locations that are each unique and have their own ambience (Yes, I've been to all 3).

  1. Ironhorse Saloon: Blanco (Only bar in Blanco serving liquor)
  2. Mountain Breeze: New Braunfels (RIGHT on the river. Breathtaking view!)
  3. Maggie Mae's: Austin (Yes; THAT Maggie Mae's, on 6th Street directly across from Joe Rogan's 'The Comedy Mothership'!!! They also Door Dash, so you can make embarrassing noises while eating in the privacy of your own home. I can't recommend this place...

WHERE is the TEN star button?! OMG, these burgers are delicious, it is everything a burger should be, flavorful and juicy. I would say this is on the list of my top 3 best burgers I’ve ever had. Even the bacon was next level on the burger itself. I will definitely be coming back, please don’t hesitate to go try them!

To the owner, please keep using the quality ingredients you are using, we notice, and it does make a difference.
